We have been informed by Shaw today, that due to overwhelming demand they have extended Twilight’s run in its cinema. We totally welcome this because if people still wanna watch Twilight, who are we to stop them?
We therefore are willing to wait in holding our event because it will make our Final Private Screening all the more special!
On the same note, we would like to apologize to the fans who have won tickets for the final screening for any inconvenience caused as this announcement is being made just 3 days before the supposed date – 6Feb. But we trust they will understand and we thank them for that. (Please check your mailbox for the notification)
We expected the Twilight movie to be successful in Singapore but we hadn’t imagine that it would run this long! By next week it would have played in Singapore for 7 weeks (counting from 12thDec sneak previews).
Apparently, the Twilight movie has also taken on a Vampire lifespan as well ….because in local cinema, a run of 7 weeks is considered….. FOREVEEEEEER.

Entertainment Weekly has an article saying that Summit Entertainment will announce some time this week, if Taylor Lautner will still be in the role for Jacob Black in New Moon.
According to sources around Hollywood, things may start looking very hairy for Taylor Lautner. The actor — not to mention legions of Twilight fans — has been desperate to learn whether Summit Entertainment will cast him once more as Jacob Black in the Twilightsequel New Moon.
This week, Summit is expected to announce its decision for the next film based on Stephenie Meyer’s wildly successful series of vampire romance novels.

1 More day till ‘Twilight’ is officially released in Singapore! WOOHOO! To celebrate this excitement, I’ve added a bonus feature to today’s ‘Twilight’ Movie Countdown.
Twilight Movie Trivia: MTV Films & Maverick Films were the original owners of the rights to produce the film. Paramount was set as the distributor. Eventually MTV Films wasn’t able to get a script they felt was good enough for the film and Summit Entertainment ended up getting the rights and actually producing and distributing the film.
Bonus Feature: As of December 15th, ‘Twilight’ has made a total lifetime gross of $202,653,944 worldwide since its release on November 21st! BOX OFFICE MOJO shows how ‘Twilight’ is doing in the Box Office.

The actors had to be shield from the rain, by means of having umbrellas over them bacause when their hair gets wet, it would take half an hour to get them ready to come back to shoot again. If they were to lose time, they would get behind in schedule, and it would eventually cost money.

Twilight Movie Trivia: The beach scenes not only marked the end of production filming but also the worst weather the production faced.

Twilight Movie Trivia: Catherine Hardwicle and Andy Cheng, the stunt co-ordinator, agreed that the ‘Twilight’ Vampires were more powerful than humans, but not as super-powerful like those in X-Men or Spider-Man.

Twilight Movie Trivia: Kristen Stewart has never heard of the Twilight Series when she was booked for the movie. She read ‘Twilight’ only when she wanted to prepare the role of Bella for the first movie. Now that the filming of ‘Twilight’ has wrapped, Kristen has still not read the rest of the books. She said that they were too informative and that Bella wasn’t suppose to know them, and so did Kristen.
