Ashley Greene talked to ET during her photoshoot for Teen PROM Magazine. She revealed the action that we can look forward to Eclipse!
MTV’s Hollywood crush was also at the magazine photoshoot and has these photos.
The “New Moon” star is gracing the cover of the magazine in an elegant purple dress with a bow and embroidery in the front, for a feature story spotlighting her role as spokesperson for DonateMyDress.org, a charity which distributes used prom dresses to underprivileged teens. In the issue, Ashley shares her prom story and dishes out some good advice for the big night. Of course, she also manages to sneak in a few “Twilight” bits.
The actress, who is no doubt busy prepping to reprise her role as Alice Cullen in “Eclipse,” the next installment in the “Twilight” series, got involved with DonateMyDress.org because of her own experience trying to save up for prom.

We’ve got more from MTV’s Interview with Bryce Dallas Howard about Eclipse.
“There’s quite an extraordinary finale,” Howard told MTV News of the scene that took weeks of intense fight training to prepare for. “That was very fun to do.”
“The producers were saying it’s the biggest spectacle filmed thus far in this franchise,” she said. “There’s a newborn army that’s been raised for battle. It’s a true battle scene.”

Access Hollywood has an interview with Kristen Stewart and a video from her Allure photoshoot.
And while millions of “Twi-hards” would give anything to share the screen with Robert Pattinson, Kristen also revealed that she’s not impressed with the fame that comes along with starring in one of Hollywood’s hottest franchises.
“What people told me [when I signed on to ‘Twilight’] was that there would be a lot of fan girls, people who love the books,” she explained. “But people don’t tell you that as long as you’re living in Los Angeles, it’s a show every second of your day. It’s like the Kristen show. And it’s so boring!”

The number one thing that Ashley wants in a guy is independence. “I’m independent,” the dark haired actress said. “If a guy is too clingy or needy, I actually get afraid of hurting him – and I can’t deal with that.” We imagine that there are guys lined up waiting for Ashley to hurt them, and not like a vampire!

Kristen Stewart in the Marines? RadarOnline has posted that she might play the lead role in James Woods’ film, ‘An American Girl’ as a marine officer.

We were able to talk to Woods first-hand about the role, as well as a project he’s really invested in called An American Girl which Woods plans to direct with Kristen Stewart (the “Twilight” films) in the lead role. Woods bought the script, written by Tim Metcalfe (Kalifornia, The Haunting in Connecticut) and Sean McCarthy, then approached Kristen Stewart “before she was famous,” telling her that he wouldn’t make the movie with anyone but her, and since reading the script, Stewart has been urgently wanting to get the movie made.

MTV Movies Blog had an interview with Taylor Lautner at the VMA’s about his workout and Rob. Taylor Lautner: Robert Patinson Doesn’t Need Workout Advice
But Lautner isn’t the only one Twilighters got an eyeful of in the trailer — Robert Pattinson also appears sans shirt. And Lautner insists that if the two were to compete in some kind of shirt-off, the competition would be stiff. “I don’t know [who would win]. Rob, he’s getting some muscle,” he explained. “There’s some good competition.”

It does feel like to us — when I say ‘us’ I assume people know I’m referring to the human characters — it feels like it’s probably coming to a close. We appear in a dream sequence or one sequence in the book of of ‘Breaking Dawn’ so I don’t know if we’ll be back for it and we’re only signed up for three, because the three books were only out when we made the first film. So, I don’t know that we will be involved in ‘Breaking Dawn,’ but it’s a really fun thing to go back to. Particularly when I go back for this short period of time it feels like I’m going back to summer camp and I’m seeing my friends from summer camp.

Gathegi: Let’s just put it this way. I told Stephenie Meyer that my goal would be to scare every 14 year-old girl, and she looked at me and said “Edi, you’re so sweet and you have such a little baby face, no one is going to be scared of you at all.” Then she saw the movie and the dailies said, “OK Edi, you scared me!” And I said “That means a lot coming from you,” especially since she told me I wasn’t even going to be able to BE scary!

Eclipse News
Radar Online has more pictures of the cast and crew on the film set of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Carlisle (in a Killers tee!) and the Wolfpack (in bathrobes) with Emily and the director David Slade. They seem to be waiting around and discussing at what looks like the red walls of Jacob’s house.
Wonder what scene they are shooting…maybe mangled Jacob inside?
I had a chance to see a new set being filmed for Eclipse… the scene where the newborns arrive in Forks. It’s a picturesque scene, with mountains and water framing the background of the shot, and a sparse unoccupied beach for the newborns to arrive on… then they disappear into the forest. The vampire newborns looked absolutely chilling, and their rugged military-like outfits along with steely, determined glares just added to the mood. Filmed early in the morning, this scene was designed to look as if it had been shot at night, possibly just after dusk or just before dawn.
In this scene in the video (coming soon), you’ll see the Director ask them to go underwater (”Under water!), then he counts as they are rolling with the movie cameras “OK, Riley”… then the first actor emerges (my guess is they were using “Riley” as the code word, since the first actor that emerges is NOT Riley). Then the Director calls them out “2…. and 3″… and the other actor and then Riley emerges from the water. The vampires moved slowly, slinking through the water but very clearly with purpose.

Radar Online sent us an exclusive interview with Chaske Spencer – New Moon Star Chaske Spencer On His Competition With RPattz:
Radar: You said that you like that the vampire is the cool skinny guy. Rob is basically the only guy in the show that isn’t working out in between scenes because he’s not buffing up, right?
Spencer: No, actually he was training with us.Radar: Did he go to Wolf Camp?
Spencer: No, he did Vampire Camp! I don’t know what his workout regimen was but he would show up before or after us because we were on two different shooting schedules during New Moon and most of the vampires, I met them for dinner once but then boom, we all went our separate ways to work. I would hear the trainer say oh Rob lifted this much weight, and I’d say really?Radar: Would you want to lift more than Rob?
Spencer: Yes! There was this competition one day we went into the gym, we have this rowing machine and I really busted my ass and I got a high record on it and I was like, yeah, beat that! Because the wolves are really competitive with each other in the gym. Then the next day I came in and Rob beat me by four seconds! Then filming was done and I never got to go back and try to up that.

Radar: How is your on screen chemistry with Tinsel Korey?
Spencer: She’s a sweet heart, I love that girl. What we did was we went out for coffee and we talked to build some chemistry to sit and get to know one and other. When we got to filming it went really well, it went really easy. Of course, you meet someone and the next day you’re kissing them. It’s a weird profession. You can’t fake it. She’s one of my really good friends, I call her up. I can put her on my top five actually. I text Alex and Kiowa, we talk to each other because we’re all going through this together. Tinsel I like her because I can talk to her in ways that I can’t talk to the other guys. It’s almost like we are becoming that family in the book. Tinsel is a good actress and a talented, talented woman. I like her music. We would just hang out and talk, go to dinner shoot the breeze.
Radar: What about the first time you saw Tinsel with the scar? How did you feel about that?
Spencer: She’s a really beautiful woman and when you put that scar it just adds this depth to her. It’s horrendous; they did a really good job. It really ads so much to her character, because you really look inside her eyes and you can see the beauty inside her eyes, and that’s what she brings to Emily. So when we did the scene it was just magic happening there that hopefully the audience will see. She really brought a lot and the scar helped out.

The main stars have been hard at work this week, David Slade tweeted on Monday that he shot with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson and I can tell you exclusively that Kristen has also been working with Taylor Lautner this week. “Bella” goes on a piggyback run with “Jacob” and they run through the forest. She also drops blood everywhere, and at some point she punches him in the face after he kisses her. And for the Twi-Hards, Slade’s Tweet referred to scenes between Stewart and Pattinson that took place in the “meadow”. My source tell me that they talk about getting married, they roll around a little, and they agree on a wedding date.

‘New Moon’ Director Finds the Cure for Robert Pattinson Withdrawal
It’s from Bella’s point of view … but, for instance, when Alice has a vision of Edward about to commit suicide, we see her vision. To me, that’s fair — because, in the book, Alice conveys that immediately to Bella, and you can see Bella imagining what Alice is saying. At points where a reader of the book might logically imagine a scenario, it was OK for the filmmakers — me — to imagine seeing something that would be outside of Bella’s knowledge at that point. Or something that’s within the scope of her imagination. She fears the worst, really, in terms of Edward.
‘New Moon’ Stars Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner Discuss Killer Breakups
MTV: He is very huggable. Tell us about one scene that you read either in Stephenie Meyer’s book or in Melissa Rosenberg’s screenplay that you were like, “Man, that’s going to be tough to pull off,” and tell us how you were able to figure it out.
Stewart: “New Moon” is riddled with all of that. I think it’s the one book in the series that I was intimidated by – in a good way. That’s the best feeling to start a movie with. But probably, my favourite line in the book is when I have to say to [Jacob], “It’s him; it’s always been him!” Like, I have to say that. Yeah, it killed me, it killed me.

Kristen Stewart: It’s so much fun. She’s the ultimate badass. She was the first woman to start her own record label. Everybody threw her out after the Runaways and was like, ‘Sorry girl, your shticks over’, she was like ‘No, the message stays the same people still want to hear it.’
Who the fuck did that before her? The music industry is brutal. Once there’s one wave, one explosion of a type of music, everyone jumps on the bandwagon and tries to emulate that, so there’s a bunch of shitty versions of other bands. So there’s like shitty versions of everybody!

On reading the books: “I got very obsessive and went through all 4 of them. In the last week and a half, I’ve read the first 3. I just finished Eclipse today. I think the books are incredible. Stephenie Meyer managed to capture a level of humanity, especially with Bella’s character. Her inner thoughts are the similar thoughts you’ve ha d in similar situations but they’re so deep down, ones that you sometimes don’t even admit to yourself.”

Justin Chon Reveals Eclipse News
The Twilight Saga has vampires, werewolves and humans. Funny humans. Actor Justin Chon has a sharp sense of humor, and, as he sat down for lunch on Monday at the appropriately named Bella Cucina in Hollywood with RadarOnline.com, he revealed some major scoop about the third Twilightmovie Eclipse.
Eclipse Star Retracts Sequel Statement
Earlier this week, Boo Boo indicated that production company Summit Entertainment had designs on two more sequels following Eclipse, bringing the total of movies in the vampire saga to five.
“There was some false communication, so far it’s just Eclipse that’s coming out,” Stewart said in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com.

Aside from random roles in a variety of flicks, the fresh-faced teen has a blossoming musical career and has modeled, most recently, for Kohl’s; his multi-faceted background mirrors that of his multi-talented Eclipse cast members.

As the stars sped around from one event to the next, “New Moon” actors Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were the queen and king of the festivities — and when we caught up with them for an exclusive interview, they were eager to talk about their playful relationship and living in the shadow of Edward Cullen.
“We needed to put a little bit more Rob in the movie — for whatever reason,” Stewart laughed, referring to her breakout co-star Robert Pattinson and the decision to insert him throughout the film in a series of “hallucination sequences”.”

How I came to find “Twilight” is a beautiful memory for me. Stu Henshall, a recent PR grad, and I had a chance meeting in London early this year. I gave him a copy of my debut EP “Who I’ve Become” to listen to. He went into his room and woke up the next morning, after having listened to my CD obsessively all night, he said, “I’m going to take you to see something today. Have you seen ‘Twilight’?” I told him that I hadn’t even heard of it but was intrigued. We went that day and saw the movie and I was immediately obsessed.
…I’ve read the series twice and would go for a third if my schedule allowed it. My favorite book is “Breaking Dawn.”

Director Chris Weitz has confirmed to HitFix.com that Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Bon Iver will be contributing all-new tracks to the film “Twilight Saga: New Moon.”
British rock group Band Of Skulls — who have lately been opening for Spinnerette — will also be included and Weitz still is “hoping to get Kings Of Leon.”

First, in case you didn’t see it, New Moon: The Complete Illustrated Movie Companionis already available for pre-order (even though the cover art has not been released). For those of you who haven’t seen the Twilight Companion, it is filled with high-quality images and behind-the-scenes information. Please note that Stephenie does not write these books, but I really enjoyed the first one.
The third movie entry in the “Twilight” series, “Eclipse,” will shoot at Vancouver Film Studios between August 17 and October 31 (Halloween wrap!), ComingSoon reports. The David Slade-directed adaptation of Stephanie Meyer’s novel will come from a script by series scribe (and occasional “Dexter” writer) Melissa Rosenberg.

In fact, they had to go back to the beginning of the carpet and start again, just so they could be properly introduced to those who didn’t realize they were movie stars. Luckily, MTV had caught the “Twilight” bug early, eagerly did some exclusive interviews with the actors on the carpet and were proud to use the occasion as their coming-out party.

New Moon break up scene showned at Cannes? Read this fan report of a cocktail party for New Moon (via Twilight Poison).
Last night I went to a cocktail party for New Moon, the next film in the Twilight series. We got to see never-before-seen footage from the film and it looks good so far. Still heart-tugging. But most importantly, I fulfilled many a young girl’s dream to stand next to Robert Pattinson and share a joke with him.
“The clip was a part where Bella (Kristen Stewart’s character) was talking to Edward (Robert’s character) and he was telling her to leave and trying to convince her that he didn’t want her around. It was a short clip and I don’t know what happened before or after, but Robert said he’s not in this movie as much as the first one. Also, he hadn’t even seen the clip, and watched it biting his nails…sweet!”

Unfortunately, we must no joint photograph with him.
Mauricio, he seems to be the casting director to be here, does not permit. But against a short conversation with the very nice Alan Capelli, he has no objection to that. Then send us Mauricio to Francesca, who really gives a lot of effort so that we may participate in casting. We are missing just another thing for an extras role in “New Moon”: An Italian social security number. Without which we may not even work without Gage.The Piazza Grande is to celebrate the day, a loud red flags and dressed in the middle is a newly constructed wells,
lions whose heads tomorrow will be the water spout. Everywhere are signs that on 22 May 6-21 Clock “New Moon” is rotated. We follow the instructions and other red flags and there will be streets with well-sounding names such as Via dell ‘Amore (Love Street) and Vicolo della Concordia (lane concord) directed. We can rightly imagine that Bella durchrennt here for Edward to rescue her. Unfortunately, it is not yet a yellow Porsche in sight and also of the actors still no trace. To be continued …

Robert Pattinson has ‘Breaking News’ – article by The Hollywood Reporter:
Robert Pattinson, who shot to stardom in “Twilight” and is now filming the second and third movies in the franchise, confirmed Tuesday in Cannes that there will be a fourth installment of the vampire franchise based on the book “Breaking Dawn.”
Pattinson told The Hollywood Reporter that he is committed to starring in the final outing to date but doesn’t know when backers Summit Entertainment will begin production because of the actor’s jam-packed shooting schedule.
Robert Pattinson tells Risky Biz his thoughts on ‘New Moon’, an interview by Risky Biz Blog:
THR: What’s the schedule for “New Moon”?
Pattinson: We’ve got four days left on the shoot for this. I’m going to Italy for the remaining days of the shoot.
THR: And then?
Pattinson: Then I’m going straight into filming (the relationship drama) “Remember Me,” then have just three days off before going back to finishing up the third instalment in the “Twilight” series, “Eclipse.” After that I am doing a film “Unbound Captives.” I can’t say much about that but I know the script needs me to learn Comanche! Maybe it’ll be like in “Dances With Wolves!” My part is entirely in Comanche, ha ha.

The first New Moon poster will be revealed tomorrow. According to Larry Carroll from MTV:
I’ve just gotten word that the first poster for “New Moon” will be released tomorrow. Not some Photoshopped version your friend made on her computer, not some old “Twilight” poster with the words “New Moon” taped over the title – but the real deal!
Of course, if the whole “newspaper” concept is giving you a headache – or if you’re a shut in – there’s no need to fear. The “New Moon” poster will be online at 7am EST on finer websites everywhere, including ours.
But before the big floating heads hit, what do you want to see in the poster? Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner staring into each others’ eyes with an angry Robert Pattinson in the background? A nice shot of the whole Cullen family, hovering nervously over a bloody birthday celebration? Or perhaps a first peek at the Volturi? Say it with me: Ooooh…Ahhhhh.

I can exclusively reveal that footage from the Twilight sequel will be shown for the first time during the upcoming MTV Movie Awards.

Lindsay from Radar Online sent us two links to share it with all of you. First, a Nikki Reed sighting at the Sage and the Dills concert.
Reed even took the stage for a couple of songs, playing tambourine on “Go and Tell Your Mother,” and lending some very pretty backup vocals to a track or two. “This used to be my best friend Nikki’s favorite,” Sage said while introducing one song. “I’m dedicating this to her.” Reed, who hung back in the corner of the stage as she sang along, seemed a little shy about her vocals. “Please, turn this mic off,” she laughed to the sound tech after she was on stage for a few minutes.

Cam Gigandet and girlfriend has named their newborn daughter. Just Jared Jr revealed their daughter’s name: Everleigh Ray Gigandet
The couple welcomed their first child together on Tuesday (April 14). Everleigh weighed 7.6 lbs and Cam’s parents, Jay and Kim, and sister Kelsie, were all present for the birth. “Leigh” was in honor of Cam’s acting coach Leigh Kelton Smith.
