New Moon News from Japan! [UPDATE]
Hey guys! So as you know, Robert and Chris landed in Japan yesterday and they’ll be having their press conference today at Shinagawa Intercity Hall.
We’re so great to have Twilighters who’ll be there covering the New Moon fan meeting in Tokyo, Japan!
One of our Twilighters, Katie, whom we got in contact with when Aishah and Maria went to the Twilight Asian Premiere in Tokyo early this year has gotten her international tickets and she’s first in line! She’ll be sending us pics from her phone so do check by here for them. 
The girls from Twilight Malaysia, Nurul and Azlina too got the tickets and they’re three lines behind Katie! The girls from TM will be updating us from their Twitter account: Twilighters Malaysia. You can follow them with the link we have provided for you.
So with these girls in the front line, closer to Robert (hopefully), please don’t faint!

New Moon News – Fan Meeting in Japan [update]
This is an update to our Japan “The Ultimate Twilight Fan Ticket” information in this post.
The local sales tickets for the fans in Japan have been SOLD OUT but the sales for the International Fans have not!
Yes we repeat again … THE ULTIMATE TWILIGHT FAN TICKETS for INTERNATIONAL FANS ARE NOT SOLD OUT YET!
From what we have heard from our friend Katie in Japan, they had no difficulty in getting the tickets!
If you would like to get your hands on these tickets, you can visit The Ultimate Twilighter’s Ticket to get yours now!
And from what we have already mentioned to you in our earlier post today, the following website, t.pia.jp will be selling additional tickets that are released to the local market in Japan Ticket sales will open on November 1st, Sunday at 10am.
You can also visit AMARYS where you can arrange your hotel stay and plane tickets through a travel agency.

This is another update for our readers & correction on our previous post regarding the fan meeting in Tokyo, Japan
In February, Twilight Singapore did a coverage for the Asian Twilight Premiere. Although we manage to get tickets for this year’s Fan Meeting yesterday, due to the short notice, none of us at Twilight Singapore are able to make it.
However, the AWESOME NEWS is, Twilighters Malaysia’s Nurul Naseron & Azlina Mahbob will be covering the event! So we are excited to see their coverage!

Kristen Stewart turned 19 yesterday and got a chance to let loose and celebrate with some of her New Moon castmates at Chill Winston in Vancouver last night. As usual, all eyes were on sexy Pattinson, who tried to stay under his hoodie but still stopped to sign some autographs for fans and gave a thumbs up from inside his taxi. Another Twilight man, Jackson Rathbone, was also snapped on his way in with the birthday girl.

Robert Pattinson’s Crew Called The Brit Pack by Examiner:
Just who, says this source, is in the Brit Pack? Why, Robert Pattinson and his wily crew of course. Our favorite musicians such as Bobby Long, Marcus Foster, and Sam Bradley are on the list, as well as Tom Sturridge, who is also a long-time actor friend of Rob’s.
In a nutshell: these five are all great friends, and they’re all from the United Kingdom. Hence, the clever nickname of today, The Brit Pack.
[UPDATED] Twilight Coverage in Tokyo : Day 5 – Press Conference
HELLLO!!
Today we had fun and soo much excitement, and time flew by so fast [DARN IT!]. The cold day started with snow and we were worried that the weather would become worse. It stayed bad with rain instead, but the event was far from being cancelled. So Yahooo! We arrived at Ebisu Garden and took our place in the press queue.
It was c-cc-cold in the queue.

Taylor: Hello. I want to say thank you for having us here. I’m very excited. This is my first time to Japan and I’m loving it so far. And I would love to come back. So thanks for having us guys.

Robert: Kristen has beaten me once again. Thank you to Tokyo for being so accommodating for us. I hope the film does pretty well here and I’m having a great time in Tokyo. Mina-san Arigato!

There’s just something about this photo that we really like, but we just can’t seem to put our finger on it. Might be the way that the 3 of them are looking at different directions.
* Maria here.. I am sorry this picture is not ‘balanced’. Its cos I called Robert to look at my camera and when he did I got disarmed and took this picture…HAHA I know I am a dork but if he looked at you that way – you’ve done the same. I was dazzled!!*

The press conference ends here (LOOK OUT FOR THE FULL VIDEO COVERAGE!) and it was followed by the Red Carpet Event, and subsequently, the Fan Meeting. It has been a looong day and we will be posting the latter 2 as soon as we can.

Twilight Coverage in Tokyo: Day 2
Here are our Day 2 events!
We arrived at the airport at 2.30pm and we walked around the terminal to check if there were any other fans who had arrived but there were no significant group who looked like they were waiting for a movie star. Rob’s flight was scheduled to arrive 3 hours later. GUESS WHAT? He travelled on our own national carrier, SINGAPORE AIRLINES from Los Angeles. HEHEE.. SO PROUD!
So we went to ‘makan’ (eat) first and then went to check our site on the internet for the latest news on anything Twilight. Then we saw the picture of him leaving Los Angeles, ie. white T-Shirt, Black Hoodie & black pants and those famous Ray Bans. So then we knew what to look out for. After that we went back to the Arrival Hall and we found more girls standing around. We approached 2 girls and said hi. We asked for who they were waiting for and they said ‘Robert Pattinson’. And we said “US TOO!” Here’s a picture of them.
The one on the left is Mayuka from Tokyo and Aki from Osaka. They’ve just met an hour before. Aki travelled 4 hours from Osaka earlier this morning and she will be staying in Tokyo till the Premiere. They made banners for Rob, which was cool. We chatted with them and we asked if they had a Japanese fansite for Twilight. But they replied that they didn’t know of any. We think that they should start one.
Later on, we finally met Tomomi from Kadokawa who directed us to the Press Pit. THANK YOU!
I was in charge of the video camera and went into the fan line, while Maria stayed in the Press Pit for the still photos.
Here is the fan situation at 4pm. Rob doesn’t arrive till about 2 hours later.
So we went to mingle with the fans and checked out what they brought…
While waiting with the fans, a local news crew came to interview us coz they found out that we came all the way from Singapore to cover the event. We don’t know when it will be coming out on TV, but we’ll keep you posted.

We later found out that some of them were waiting for Rob and others were waiting for another HUGE CELEBRITY…

Apparently, he was on the same flight as Robert after all of the Oscar parties. 
He is in town to promote his latest movie, Australia.
He moved down the line of awaiting fans to sign autographs and shook almost everyone’s hands including MINE!!!! [AISHAH!] HUGH JACKMAN SHOOK MY HANDS!!! I said, “Hi! I’m from Singapore.” Then Hugh answered, smiling, “Oh, hi! How are you? [He smiled wider.] I’m from Australia.” HE FRIGGIN’ REPLIED ME!!!!
*okay Maria here..have to takeover cos Aishah is hyperventilating at this moment and may have just peeed in her pants…*
She’s back!
And now, the MAN OF THE HOUR. *Jeng… Jeng… JENG!!!*
Robert, a great smile on his face [with a day old stubble] came out and headed straight to his Japanese fans.
He immediately started signing autographs and posed for all those cool Japanese mobile phone cameras.
See how he reaches out for them! Look at that body language!! SOO NICEEEEE!!! SOO SWEEEET!!! YOU JUST MADE US LOVE YOU MORE, ROB…

And that’s the last photo we have of him, cause he was directed straight towards a special VIP exit. He flew by us so swiftly (Me, near to the end of the fan line and Maria who was in the Press Pit).
But seriously, despite that, it was DAMN WORTH IT! Don’t despair because we still have a video too! Its in its editing process and we’ll post it as soon as we can. We do apologize for the poor quality of the photos, but we hope you guys enjoy them just the same.
We want to say ‘HI!” again to the Twilighters we met at the airport. Anna, Patricia, Molly, Aki and Mayuka. See you guys in Friday at Ebisu Garden!
Okay you guys, we’re not sure exactly when Kristen is coming, but we were assured that she will be here for the Premiere. Until then, me and Maria won’t be updating about the cast because we would be sight -seeing around Tokyo, UNLESS that is we see them sight-seeing too. *CROSSING FINGERS AND TOES*

Twilight Coverage in Tokyo: Day 1
Hi Guys!
Sorry for the late update. This post will have the contents of what we did in Day 1 at Tokyo.
We arrived yesterday at 5.30pm [Tokyo Time]. We were jet-lagged and tired. AND GUESS WHAT??!!!
We saw TAYLOR LAUTNER!!!! We were filling up our address for our stay in Tokyo and when we turned around, Maria thought the boy in front of us looked familiar. “Isn’t that Taylor?”, Maria asked. And for sure yes, it was definitely Mr. Lautner himself. He is tall and was wearing a black leather jacket with black jeans. He was much more fairer than we expected. His hair was like those pictures from VF.
He was queuing at the immigration line together with some people. [We later found out it was a representative from Summit and we think the other was his Dad.] Maria went up to him and this how the conversation went.
Maria: “Hi, Taylor.”
Taylor turns and looks at us. He smiles. He has the MOST BEAUTIFUL SMILE EVER with lovely teeth. Haiz…
Maria continues. “Welcome to Japan! I thought you were coming tomorrow?”
Taylor answered. “No… Not tomorrow.”
There were more words that Maria said but we can’t remember them. [SORRY] Those were the only words that we heard from him. After that we joined the immigration line. So Taylor was in front of us with the people that were queuing in between us. Since it was an immigration line, the queue was looong. The line went zig-zagged. So we managed to pass by him about 5 times. Every time we passed him he either looked up or he was talking to his dad. We felt very awkward and ‘paiseh‘ (embarrassed).. HEEESS..
We didn’t manage to take photos with him or ask for an autograph because we did not want to draw attention to him. And we think that its not allowed in the immigration line. Good thing we maintained professionalism as it took a lot of will power to suppress ‘THE FAN GIRL’ in us. HAHA.
From there, we went through the immigration checks and we saw people who were receiving Taylor and his party. They helped him with his luggage and all. We collected our luggage and went down to catch an Airport Limousine (which is actually a bus) to meet our friend in town who has kindly accomodated us during this trip. The journey took about 2 hours.
We headed to Roppongi Hills to meet our friend, Evelyn, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. While waiting in the lobby… YOU GUYS KNOW WHO WE SAW??!!!
No.. not Leo… And not Matt either. HEHEHE…. Its the guy in the middle. That’s the Oscar-winning legendary director, Mr. Martin Scorsese! He has directed Raging Bull, Taxi Driver, Gangs of New York, The Aviator and most recently The Departed.
Me and Maria were sitting around in the lobby (by the way, the lobby was DAMN NICE..) when Maria noticed him. “Isn’t that Martin Scorsese?” Mr. Scorsese was wearing a black overcoat and he was shaking hands with a couple of people who were waiting for him at the lobby. Then he walked towards the taxi stand where a limo was waiting for him. He walked past us and we waved while Maria said “Hello!” to him. He smiled and he waved back at us too! It was a brief encounter and we didn’t want to bother him so we did not take a photo, but it was well-worth it since he noticed us.
Thing is, I’ve realized I have managed to see more Hollywood stars right here in Tokyo than the other times that I have been to America. ITS PRETTY EXCITING!!!
