Miranda Richardson ‘Rita Skeeter’ is a Twilight Fan!
In the Harry Potter movies, Miranda Richardson is Rita Skeeter! Little did we know that she’s also a huge Twilight fan! Miranda revealed this in an interview with Collider.
What is it about Breaking Dawn that you’re so excited about?
RICHARDSON: Oh, I’m a huge Twilight fan! I love it! Maybe they’ll invite me to the premiere now.
Are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?
RICHARDSON: Oh God, don’t do that! I’m Team Edward.

All about vampires and Robert Pattinson
Many people are fans of this show and many have been anticipating when it’ll come to our TV screens. Finally, Channel 5 will air the first season on 30 October, Saturday at 10pm. I have not watched it but I’m ready to now. =)
The Vampire Diaries is an American supernatural–fantasy horror television series developed by Kevin Williamson, based on the book series of the same name by L. J. Smith. The series follows the life of Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), who falls in love with vampire Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley), and soon finds herself caught in a love triangle between Stefan and his older brother, Damon (Ian Somerhalder), while the brothers are also being haunted by the past they’ve had with Katherine Pierce (also played by Nina Dobrev). The series also focuses on the lives of Elena’s friends and other inhabitants of the fictional town of Mystic Falls, Virginia.
If you would like to watch Robert Pattinson before his Twilight days, Channel 5 will be showing Harry Potter and The Goblet Of Fire on October 31 at 6pm. I guess this is just to bring up the hype for the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. I wonder if they will they air the Twilight Saga movies before the release of Breaking Dawn…

Remember Twilight in Comic-Con 2008? Well now it is definitely confirmed that The Twilight Saga: New Moon will be in this year’s Comic Con as announced by Summit!

Jamie’s manager confirmed what had long been rumored on Harry Potter sites, that Jamie Campbell Bower would be playing the role of Grindelwald in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows film.
Hugh Jackman talks about Rob in an interview by People:
Now that he’s conquered the box office with Wolverine, Jackman is set to star in the 19th-century drama Unbound Captives with Twilight‘s Robert Pattinson. “He’s a really great actor and a really good guy,” said Jackman. “His role is phenomenal and it’s going to be really amazing stuff.” And what does he think about Pattinson’s famous hair? “I’m not an aficionado of hair, but his looks great.”

According to The Wrap, Breaking Dawn gets the greenlight. MTV has an article on this matter too. This is just a rumour and has not been confirmed by Summit Entertainment. We all know how things work out by now, right?

The Courier Mail did an interview with Stephenie Meyer about the process of book-to-screen for her Twilight.
Seeing her characters brought to life on the big screen for the first time – Robert Pattinson playing Edward Cullen and Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan – was a surreal experience for Meyer.
“But really, that happened too when I had a chance to visit the film set,” she says.
“That was when that really hit me. I was sitting there at dinner the first night. Everyone came in costume, because they’d just done a photo shoot. I was like, ‘Wait a minute, these are imaginary people and here they are’ – very weird.”

EW has a list of 20 Fall Movies We Can’t Wait To See & yes, Twilight is included. There is a scan too (thanks to BellandEdward.com).
Twilighters have put themselves in Film.com’s article on rabid fanbases. Other notable fan groups includes the ones from The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Wars, etc.
In case you are not aware, you will only get to see Harry Potter & The Half Blood Prince when the next summer comes. So, MTV has an article – Did ‘Harry Potter’ Release Date change To Avoid ‘Twilight’ Competition?.
