Breaking Dawn News – The TTS: Breaking Dawn Part 1 Begins in Paris : Official Video of Fan Event with Rob Pattinson & Ashley Greene

The first stop for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1′s International Promotion Tour  is Paris!

Robert Pattinson and Ashley Greene attended a Fan Event and gave lots of exciting tidbits about the film!!

Thanks to Robert Pattinson Life for Rob’s  interview above with TF1 transcript:

Laurence: Twilight, the fourth movie is coming out next month. The luckiest were able to see it yesterday at the Premiere of the movie, in Paris. We’ll talk about it in a few seconds with Robert Pattinson but first Benedicte Duran and Frédérique Miniard are going to present us the movie.
I’ll spare you what was said in the tiny documentary, nothing interesting.

Laurence: Robert, hello.

Rob: hello.

Laurence: Thank you for being in Paris. You come quite often in France, you have to like France to come promote the movie, don’t you?

Rob: No definitely, yeah. I love coming here; I come pretty much every three months.

Laurence: So today you came to talk to use about the last movie of the saga, which was cut into 2 movies. The shooting is over, everything’s packed. How are you feeling? Do you feel sad because it’s over or are you relieved?

Rob: I got a little bit of both. I mean I spent four years … It was a major part of my life. When I finished one of the Twilight movie, we filmed another one, I did a different movie then I went back to shot another Twilight so it’s very strange to be in this system anymore. I got used to it. I’ve made some great friends but I don’t know how much longer I can play seventeen so … I’m almost 26. It gets tricky after a while.

Laurence: About your character, Edward? Does he suits you, do you feel over him now that you’ve went forward in your movie career.

Rob: I guess someway, I’m filled with self-loathing , no I don’t, no. I guess in some ways I have. In this new one, I sort of step away from his characterization in the book, because he’s really passive in it and I needed to do more to give some kind of energy to the character. But I don’t know if he’s like me, maybe I got closer to him after all these years.

Laurence: Anyway, what’s interesting and that we saw in the news footage earlier is that your audience changed too. Before you had a bigger number of younger fangirls but now you also have the moms of those girls, that are called twimoms, the twilight moms. Does this surprise you, this phenomenon of a generation jump, going from little girls to older women?

Rob: I think they got younger. It started off with fans in their forties and now I feel like they’re coming right out of the cradle. I always assumed it was going to be a younger audience but it’s a lot of women in their mid-twenties, almost. The ones always hanging out on set. I don’t know maybe the little girls are getting influence by their moms.

Laurence: Do you consider yourself a big Hollywood star or are you still, in your head, this English kid who like music and rock and roll and sort of dies this as an act of rebellion?

Rob: I don’t know. I don’t have the same life that I used to. I’ve learned to like L.A. a lot more and I was in London last week and it’s almost impossible to live in London. There are so many people in the streets peeking out of everywhere so you have to hide. But in L.A. if you get out of your car you can probably avoid the crowd. Yeah, I don’t really know what I am.

Laurence: Let’s talk about music. You sang two songs for the first movie of the saga. Now that the filming is over, there are rumors that you’re going to record a whole album?

Rob: I mean, maybe one day. There are these sorts of rumors. I’m always playing and recording but I don’t know. People hate when actors become musicians so I’ve been avoiding it for the longest possible.

Laurence: You still making movies. You just filmed a movie with the Canadian, David Cronenberg . Do you want to take a different turn with your career after the enormous weight that is playing Edward Cullen and Twilight?

Rob: I mean, it’s not really moving away. I don’t think I can see myself doing Twilght after Twilight film for the next twenty years. But I’ve always wanted to mix it up, I mean working with people like Cronenberg, I mean that’s … I loved Cronenberg before I even started acting and especially with amazing actors, Juliette Binoche is in it, and Mathieu Amalric. There are tons of French people working with him. It’s totally different from what I’ve done before and I feel like I’m going in the right direction.

Laurence: Thank you so much, Robert Pattinson. Did you learn some French words during the filming of Cronenberg’s movie?

Rob: French words in general or about him?

Laurence: French words in general?

Rob: Just words in French. I can say huh. What do I know in French huh? I’m gonna sound like I’m completely insane. Le cochon dinde (guinea pig). Le bibliothèque (the library). Quelle est le date de ton anniversaire? (When is your birthday ?). god, i sound like such an idiot.

Laurence: No, you sounded very charming. Thank you for coming over. Breaking Dawn comes out next month on our big screens.

Breaking Dawn News – New Wedding Footage Reveal Edward & Bella saying “I Love You”

This footage was revealed during the broadcasting of the tv show ‘Revenge’ on the US TV Network, ABC.

Breaking Dawn @ Comic Con 2011

Yup, its that time of the year again! San Diego Comic Con 2011 is here! And check out the poster fans who waited in line got EXCLUSIVELY!

Its seems that this year’s Comic Con appearance for the Breaking Dawn cast has been very low key. There is no video coverage for the Press Conference and we’re getting news feeds from Live Blogs such as Hypable and Comingsoon.net. Before the cast members head on to Hall H to meet the fans! :D

Here’s an excerpt of the Press Conference that was done in 2 sessions where Part 1 had Elizabeth Reaser, Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, Julia Jones and Booboo Stewart. And later Part 2 will Bill Condon, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.

Excepts of the Part 1 & 2 Interviews from MovieLine.com

9:13 When Ashley Greene got the Twilight gig, the first person she called was her dad. Jones has heard everyone’s “I got the call” story. Stewart got the call, “then my mom made me go do yardwork outside.”

9:16 Reaser on wrapping the film: “It’s just so weird to end something, and five movies… it hit us, we were in shock.” But she knows the promo campaign will last a while longer. Whispers: “It’s never gonna end.”

9:17 Reaser on the possibility of reprising her role in additional Twilight films, post-Breaking Dawn: “I think Stephenie’s done with us.”

9:19 Reed on Rosalie and Bella’s relationship in Breaking Dawn: “I think they find some sort of middle ground… Rosalie wants to be a mom so she finds a way to work through her anger…”

9:20 Reaser’s favorite deleted scene: “There was a scene that was deleted in the first movie, it was our little sexy scene. I remember that was a good scene. I kept wanting it to be more sexy. Catherine Hardwicke and I wanted it to be more hot, we were like ‘They’re going to go do something else now.’ and Peter was like, ‘No, no, no…’”

9:24 The Wedding Scene! Cast is tight-lipped, but they can at least say:

Greene: “At least filming wise, we do have the most fun when we’re all together… it reminded me of the baseball scene.”

Reaser: “And it’s so beautiful, it really looks like a dream wedding… I don’t think I can tell you anything about it.”

Greene: “Well, I hung all those flowers, so…”

9:25 On cos-play: “I’d like to dress up as Batman,” says Reaser. Reed and Facinelli dressed up as the Wonder Twins for a promo. Stewart would cos-play as a zombie.

9:26 Would they ever wait in line for something, like the Twilight fans do for Comic-Con? Reaser: “If I knew the White Stripes were going to come to the tent… I think I would.”

9:28 The international vampires were “much sexier” than the American vamps: The Egyptians, the Denali clan, “those nutty Romanian guys… very S&M inspired.”

9:30 What items did they take home from set? Sweatpants, make-up, and craft service. “I took some socks,” quips Reaser, “but that’s because I needed some.” ELIZABETH REASER FOR THE WIN!

10:30 Stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and director Bill Condon arrive.

10:34 Bill Condon discusses what it was like to film in Brazil, but WHAT THE HECK IS ON ROBERT PATTINSON’S HEAD? New haircut. Like he shaved one half of his head and went to do this press conference and forgot to finish the other side.

Oh right, Brazil: Shooting on the streets of Brazil, people would literally stop and try to grab Pattinson during filming.

10:37 Will Breaking Dawn really, truly, be the end of the saga? Pattinson answers with trademark goofy aplomb, mumbling something about breakfast time. Condon steps in: “There are so many characters, I suspect [Stephenie] will want to revisit them at some time.”

10:38 The Wedding Scene was kept most under wraps during filming. “I had a Volturi cloak on, because that’s all we had to cover up,” said Stewart of hiding Bella’s dress while helicopters flew over head hoping for a peek.

10:39 The cast seems dismayed that the entire sex scene leaked online.

10:40 How did Bella’s pregnancy and ordeal affect Stewart? “It’s hard for me to take myself out of it. I’ve been building up to these moments for 4 years, I was 17 when we started. This one is loaded with those huge cathartic moments, and they’re rooted in a reality that I can see myself in.”

“I can’t let the book punch me in the face every morning… you have to let the moments happen.”

Stewart feels the film is close to the book. Condon calls Stewart a huge fan of the book, she knew what Bella would feel in every moment.

10:43 Favorite scenes:

Lautner: I’ve always been able to choose one, but in this one I can’t. There’s so much going on in this movie and all of the characters are dealing with their own thing… Jacob changes so much from the beginning to the end, so it’s hard for me to choose.

Stewart picks one that has nothing to do with either Edward or Jacob: “There’s a scene with me and Charlie at the wedding that I love so much, and also with Renee.”

Pattinson picks the birth scene! “For a fantasy film with a young audience, it goes quite far… but there’s no other way to do it.”

10:45 Condon discusses his love of Dark Shadows, which he grew up watching. He’s always been into vampires.

10:48 Stewart says Twilight couldn’t have worked as an indie film. Turning to Condon: “It’s nice to work with an A-lister!”

10:47 What are some nerdy things the cast has learned about each other?

“Breakfast time!” says Stewart. “Kristen literally only watches the cooking channel,” says Pattinson. She must always watch the cooking channel in every room, and it’s “her only diva-ish behavior.”

Here are more videos from the Press Conference:

And over at Hall H @Twilight has tweeted :

The series revolves around the double life of a high school student, who is also a dangerous spy. It is executive produced by Terminator Salvation director McG. The series stars actor Jackson Rathbone, best known for his roles in The Last Airbender and the Twilight Films, as high school student/international spy, Nick Green. Eclipse News

First up! Reelz Channel shows of what our Twilight Saga cast has been up to lately.

MTV Movies Blog has Ashley Greene already previewed some ‘Eclipse’ footage!

“Then, the whole fight sequence that I’ve seen really looks amazing,” Greene said of another of her favourite moments in the film, which is expected to bring more action and blood than any of the previous “Twilight” movies. “We worked our tails off for it.”

The suspense is killing us already! How much more sooner can June come!

IESB.net has Ashley Greene Talks Skateland, The Apparition & Compares Twilight Sequel Directors.

Q: For The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, did David Slade give you a syllabus or mission statement, the way that Chris Weitz did for The Twilight Saga: New Moon?

Ashley: No, he definitely didn’t give us that. But, each of the cast did sit down and have hour-long, sit-down conversations with him, probably two or three times, going over the whole script and us highlighting anything that we wanted to talk about. He went about it a different way, but he was also very open about forming some type of collaboration. The directors have their own vision. They don’t want to change our characters, but their vision may be a little different. Obviously, David Slade has a little darker spin on it than Chris Weitz may have had, so we had to find a way to mold them together.

Nikki tells Access Hollywood that she a lot of fun on the set of Eclipse!

New York Post has Jackson Rathbone: I loved brining our Jasper’s dark side in ‘Eclipse’

PW: So is it difficult then to play Jasper over the course of five films?
Jackson: The thing I like about Jasper’s arc is that it’s very developed — you don’t know much about him in the first film. He’s always in pain but don’t know why, until the second film, when you realize that he’s the newest to the family and he’s basically dying of hunger. It’s very difficult to live that vampryic lifestyle. So he’s having trouble adjusting. In the third film, we get to see Jasper’s backstory – see who he used to be and why he’s having such a hard time transitioning.

PW: So “Eclipse” will flashback to his time in The Civil War?
Jackson: Yeah. We do a little segue/backstory in “Eclipse”,when he was turned during the Civil War. We get to see his more aggressive tendencies. When you’re first turned into a vampire, that’s when you’re at your most ravenous, most vicious – so you see Jasper go through that. It was a lot of fun to bring out the darker side of Jasper that he’s been holding back.

Larry Carroll from MTV Mivies Blog has an interesting article where he sums up all of Rob’s rumours lately!

Rob’s Nirvana? The Sun is a British tabloid that seems to specialize in stories about how Megan Fox is going to play Catwoman. Their latest “scoop,” however, was a real doozy — Rob was in regular contact with Courtney Love and had landed the role of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain in a biopic. The rumor got a bit of traction, particularly because of RPattz’s well-documented love of music, but ultimately the Sun story was dismissed by Love’s reps, leaving the tabloid to offer all apologies.

Check out the rest of the rumors put to rest: Robert Pattinson’s Kurt Cobain Casting And Other Classic, Untrue RPattz RumorsWell said, Larry! :D

Collider had a video interview with Kristen and Dakota on doing their Runaways movie.

During the interview Stewart and Fanning answered questions I got via Twitter (thanks to everyone who tweeted me questions) and if you watch time index 2:50 or so, you can hear what sounds like the wall falling and see their reactions.  It’s actually a very relaxed and fun interview.  Check it out after the jump:

JSYK asks Kristen how it wouls be like working alongside her mom for the movie K-11.

“If she called me right now and said, ‘We’re making the movie,’ I would be really excited. I guess my question is, ‘How would it be to work with a parent?’ We’re really close and then, at the same time, we’re creatively very different. But, I think it would be cool if it happens.”

Hollywoodlife! has an EXCLUSIVE! Nikki Reed Backs Out of ‘K-11′ Movie with Kristen Stewart!

This is a shocker to me, really. I was looking forward to seeing Nikki and Kristen being in a prison movie. ;)

The Hollywood Reporter shows that Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz has booked more movies, ‘Butter’ and ‘Love, Wedding, Marriage’ , repectively. And they’re both comedy films!

“Butter” follows a number of competitive characters in a small Midwestern town as they become entwined in an annual butter-carving contest. Greene will play a rebellious high school teenager named Kaitlen Pickler. (Do I smell a sequel built around anaerobic fermentation?)

‘Love, Wedding, Marriage’ – The story centers on a newlywed marriage counselor (Moore) who is thrown for a loop when she learns that her parents, whose marriage she’s always idealized, are headed for divorce. She sets out on a disastrous path to save their marriage at the expense of her own, manipulating loved ones to achieve her objectives. Lutz will play her husband; Brolin and Seymour will play the parents. – The Hollywood Reporter

Now we’ve got more movies to look forward to from our favourite Cullen siblings! :D

Check out this clip of Kellan on ‘The Nightmare on Elm Street’!

I’m not a big fan of horror movies, but this is just too exciting!

Twilight News

Deadline New York has more about Stephenie’s The Host movie adaptation’s progress.

I can report some forward progress on the movie version of The Host, Meyer’s first adult novel which she optioned last fall to producers Nick Wechsler and Steve and Paula Mae Schwartz–the trio behind the terrific screen adaptation of Cormac McCarthy’s The Road. Steve Schwartz tells me that Andrew Niccol is working on the third draft of a screenplay which he’s writing in close consultation with the author.

Film.com had an interview with Melissa Rosenberg on New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn’s Potential MPAA Rating.

LL: You’ve been writing Dexter and The Twilight Saga for the better part of four years now. How do you maintain a balance with your personal life? Or is it just about “The jobs are available now, I’m going to work as hard as I can right now because I don’t know if I’ll get another shot like this?”

MR: It’s the second one. There is no life balance. I’ve been working for many years and I’m well aware of how rare an opportunity it is to have even one of these projects available, much less both. It’s an extraordinary opportunity. You just don’t walk away from opportunities like that because you’re too tired or it’s too much work. I had to grasp them both, and fortunately I have a very understanding husband and very understanding friends.

Both Ashley Greene and Jackson Rathbone has expressed their views on how and who they think ‘Breaking Dawn’ should be directed.

LA Times Blog has listed another Oscar-nominated director who might direct ‘Breaking Dawn’ – ‘The Reader’ director Stephen Daldry.

Still, even by those standards, Daldry stands out. He’s been nominated for three Oscars, more than any of the other directors on the short list. In fact, Daldry is the rare filmmaker who’s been nominated for a best directing Oscar for every feature he’s made.

Those credentials make taking on a global teen phenomenon seem unlikely, though there are reasons to think it could work. The director is well-versed in depicting forbidden love (a “Twilight” staple) with “The Reader” and “The Hours.” And he’s adept at themes of family alienation, also a franchise fixture, which ran under “Billy Elliot.” Also, like most of the others, Daldry doesn’t yet have a new film.

Nikki Reed was on Youn Hollywood for her fashion and style and a little bit on the third film, Eclipse.

Harper’s Bazaar has listed Dakota Fanning and Anna Kendrick as Hollywood’s 10 Rising Style Stars! Our girls has always looked gorgeous. :)

Check out more of Ashley in her new flick, Skateland from MTV Movie Gallery!

Isn’t it ironic that the movie is called ‘Skateland’, but Ashley has not done any skating in the movie at all? Go figure.

Ashley is now filming another horror-genre movie. The Apparition. Guess who her co-stars are….

‘Harry Potter’ Star Tom Felton Joins Ashley Greene In ‘The Apparition’

…the man best known for playing Harry Potter’s archnemesis Draco Malfoy will take his first leading role as the main character, Patrick. We’re assuming Ashley Greene is playing his girlfriend, a character named Kelly in this film, while Sebastian is playing postgrad Ben who’s trying to figure out what to do next with his life.

MTV Hollywood Crush has Ashley Greene and ‘Apparition’ Costar, Tom Felton, Compared Notes On Their ‘Crazy’ Movie Franchises

“We did compare the difference between how big ‘Harry Potter’ is in the UK versus how big ‘Twilight’ is in the UK and LA and the difference between those two,” Ashley explained, “because he can actually walk around in LA whereas I can’t, and it’s flipped anywhere in the Europe. I can walk around and nobody cares who I am, but he can’t step out his front door.”

Cinematical has got an interview with Ashley Greene, for her new film, Skateland, which premiere at the SXSW Festival!
Cinematical: Tell us about your character and how you became involved inSkateland.

Ashley Greene: I play a character named Michelle Burkham. You start out seeing her as a girl-next-door character, but as you watch the film you learn she has an edge to her. And that’s what I really liked about her; she does have vulnerability and she’s compassionate, but she’s got a sass about her and she’s a very strong character. Those are the qualities that drew me in about her. Throughout the film you see her as the best friend of Ritchie Wheeler, who the story centers on, and she becomes a love interest. She’s the one that’s there pushing him, saying ‘You can be more,’ and making him understand that he needs to believe in himself. And when Skateland closes, everyone’s thrown into turmoil and forced to reevaluate themselves and Texas and their situations, and she’s definitely one of them. She’s one of the go-getters in the film, and I really liked that.

“A lot of girls in my generation don’t realize there was a time when you couldn’t actually do something. And what the Runaways did at the time was actually not OK, not acceptable, not accepted,” Fanning said. “Because I’ve grown up thinking I could do and be whatever I want, and I’ve never thought for a second that I couldn’t because I’m a girl. So to do this movie, and see that it was not accepted at all, was really interesting.”

The Examiner has managed to score an interview with Kristen and Dakota as they act out the rock-star fantasies in ‘The Runaways’.

What did you learn from Cherie Currie and Joan Jett?

Fanning: I think they were really involved in helping as much as we wanted them to help us and to be there. Playing a real person is kind of a daunting task, especially [with] Cherie actually being there and meeting her and talking to her about the experiences, it was more than helpful, I think.

Stewart: They knew things that we would never know that we wouldn’t be able to put in the movie that would be lost that were very important to them. Just details, photos and footage and a book ["Neon Angel"]. It’s not an objective telling of the story; it’s definitely [Cherie Currie’s] side of it. It was nice to hear Joan’s [side of the story], because it was very different. There are a million things that would’ve been different in the movie, and we would’ve been telling story wrong had they [Cherie Currie and Joan Jett] not been there to correct us.

Eclipse News and…

Fear.net has managed to asked Ashley Greene about Alice Cullen’s role in Eclipse! Exclusive: Ashley Greene on ‘Twilight: Eclipse’ and Bullying Taylor Lautner

You got to tear off a vampire’s head in Twilight and face off with the Volturi in New Moon. What can you tell us about the things you get to do in Eclipse, which we know from the book will have more of a fighting element?

The thing I’ll say about Twilight is, one, it’s given me this Hollywood crash course and I’ve been able to work with three great directors. And also, my character is an incredible character to break out with because she’s perky and happy and sweet, and she’s this best friend character that everybody loves, so it’s an amazing first character to have. Throughout the series you’ve gotten to see her go from really sweet to kind of sassy, and now in the third one we get to showcase this massive fight sequence that I’m a part of, so we got to get our action star fix. You get to see Alice get kind of down and dirty and see a really intense side of her that maybe you haven’t seen before.

They also did an interview with Daniel Cudmore who plays Felix in New Moon. Exclusive: Daniel Cudmore on ‘New Moon,’ ‘Eclipse,’ and Fighting Rob Pattinson

In the books Felix seemed to have a sort of minor flirtation with Bella – winking at her, etc. What’s your take on that?
I think it’s more of him showing his power over her and kind of messing around with her head. Letting her know that he could end things very quickly. He enjoys that.

Sadly, we don’t see much of the Volturi in New Moon because it serves as more of an introduction to their coven than in later books, when the Volturi have more of a presence. How much can we expect to see of you in Eclipse?

It’s not as much. You get to Eclipse and you’re introducing Riley’s storyline, Victoria coming back to get her vengeance. We’re still there and we still have a strong presence, and it’s not more dramatic but it’s still a really cool storyline.

Here an EXCLUSIVE: Kristen Stewart & Dakota Fanning on ‘Breaking Dawn’

FEARnet posed a similar question to Fanning, who plays the lead Volturi enforcer, Jane: Are you ready to portray a baby hunter? But Fanning, ever the professional, could not yet confirm her involvement in Breaking Dawn. “I don’t know if I’m going to be in it,” she demurred. Stewart turned to her. “You’re gonna be in the movie.”

While at ‘The Runaways’ premiere in NYC, Kristen talk more about her involvement in Breaking Dawm! Check it out here at Pop Sugar!

The Seattle Times has a Q&A Mellisa Rosenberg, the screen writer for Twilight, New Moon and the upcoming Eclipse!

Q: How closely did you work with Meyer?

A: With each movie, we’ve gotten closer. … On the first movie, I kept my process private. But then as I got to know her, I realized that was completely unnecessary, because she is incredibly collaborative, fluid and not precious about her work … With “New Moon,” she read all the drafts, but with “Eclipse,” I asked her to read the outline, which was very unusual. It’s very risky. It’s very early. That’s where I do a great deal of my work. … That’s when you’re structuring the story and deciding what’s in, what’s out, what’s invented, all that.

Giving Clooney as good as she got.
“Sometimes, George gave me a really hard time. He was always kidding around about me being inNew Moon because I was shooting that at the same time. I decided that entitled me to give George a hard time right back. I think I made fun of him a lot more than I ever realized I would. Like he’d call me short and I’d call him old. If you’d told me before I did the film that I would be making fun of George Clooney that way I wouldn’t have believed you.”

Ashley Greene tells Hollywood Crush that her New Movie ‘Skateland’ Is About ‘Figuring Out Who You Are’

“It’s set in Texas in the 1980s and it’s basically a coming-of-age story of Ritchie Wheeler, who Shiloh Fernandez plays, but also my character, Michelle Burkham, and my brother Brent [played by Heath Freeman],” she explained. “There’s a place called Skateland that closes and it’s something that we all go to and we all kind of relate to and see ourselves around and we’re used to having this and it’s kind of ripped away and so it kind of jumpstarts us realizing that there’s a lot of things we have to figure out.”

Ashley Greene was recently interview at her new movie premiere of ‘Skateland’.

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning were on ‘The Late Night Jimmy Fallon Show’ to promote their biopic movie, The Runaways.

Parade.com interviewed Kristen on her role as the iconic Joan Jett on ‘The Runaways’ and what she thought about Rob on his new movie, Remember Me. Kristen Stewart: Robert Pattinson is ‘Bold and Different’

Filling the shoes of a rock icon.
“I think my generation doesn’t really know what The Runaways was. I didn’t, even though I was aware of Joan Jett. She’s a legend, so it was a big deal not only to meet her, but to have her on the set. The main thing that Joan talked about was just how much she cared about that period of her life because it jump-started her entire career. The Runaways was one of the first all-girl bands, so it’s an incredibly triumphant, feminist story. Joan became my friend and I was thinking about all she stood for and going, ‘Oh God, now I have to do her justice.’”

Parade.com also interviewed Dakota on her new image as Cherie Curie in ‘The Runaways’. Dakota Fanning: I’m Ready to Have People See Me In a Different Way’

Taking on a real-life role.
“I’ve never played an actual person before, so it was really wonderful to have Cherie Currie there on the set every day. And I just wanted to do her justice. I hoped that I could be half as good as she was and live up to what we love about The Runaways.”

MTV Movies Blog asked Kristen Stewart about her kissing scenes with Dakota on ‘The Runaways’ and asked her was it better than kissing Edward Cullen. LOL!

Stewart talked to us a few months ago about the kissing scene and went into a bit more detail, saying that sharing an onscreen kiss with Fanning didn’t really faze her all that much. “It was never a big deal to me either … especially the way it was written into the story and the way it wasn’t, ‘And they finally get together,’ ” she explained about the kiss, which in the film acted as an extension of their friendship and their “bond” as bandmates.

MTV Hollywood Crush has an exclusive Clip of ‘The Runaways’ as Kristen Stewart plays on the guitar

Parade.com has a two-part interview with Robert on his new movie, Remember Me.

Part 1 – Robert Pattinson: ‘I Didn’t Like the Way ‘New Moon’ Was Treated By Critics’

The reality of becoming an overnight success.
“I think you really cause yourself a lot of problems if you start fighting against it. There’s nothing you can do. I mean, there’s no mysticism to it. People recognize you and they want to talk to you, or want to see you. My trick is not to see them as a crowd. If you break down every crowd into individuals, then it’s more manageable. It’s just when you start seeing these huge masses of people screaming at you that you start going crazy. So I try to focus on a few faces and not the mass.”

Part 2 – Robert Pattinson: ‘I Don’t Remember the Last Time I Asked Someone on a Date’

Ditto with unleashing his macho side.
“I related to Tyler in that I wish I could have done things like he did when I had the opportunity. There is something quite satisfying about being a little bit more reckless and even fighting. It’s quite cathartic to just sort of randomly start hitting someone. It was fun kind of, letting all your rage go on the set. We had this big scene where I punch out some guys. It went fine and nobody was really hurt at all. But, at the end, I was like doing this thing where I was hitting myself in the arm, sort of pumping myself up. They cut it out of the movie, but I punched myself so hard that I was in a lot of pain for the rest of the shoot. It was the most stupid thing I’ve ever done.”

CG Society has an article on how Tippett Studio has made the wolves in New Moon.

The book described the wolves as having eerily human eyes. “We were told early on that they literally they wanted us to plop the actors eyes into wolf, which always sounds like a good idea on paper but it does not work visually,” said Fredenburg, “so we had to play how much to accentuate them as human eyes and how much to push them towards wolf eyes.
