Cast News – Rob Pattinson does interview with Ryan Seacrest while filming Breaking Dawn

Yup – listen closely cos you can clearly hear the crew filming Breaking Dawn on the background. Rob mentioned he’s in a muddy ditch setting – so that’s scene to look out for.
And if Rob’s not in the scene we’ll know he’s somewhere close talking to Ryan Seacrest!
THANKS A HEAP to Twilightish.com for posting the interview!!
UPDATE*
Check our Rob’s new trailer for ‘Water for Elephants’! Its so much more detailed!
And we’re all awaiting for Rob’s latest Vanity Fair issue! HOT PIC with the alligator!
And here’s a little snippet of his interview.
“It’s just very traumatic,” Robert Pattinson tells Vanity Faircontributing editor Nancy Jo Sales of his rumored romance with co-star Kristen Stewart. “When this is over,” Pattinson says of Twilightmania, “the media will lose interest [in the relationship]. There’ll be nothing to say. It won’t fit into a headline anymore. It won’t fit into a template.”
“Kristen is very focused on being an actress,” Pattinson says. “I mean, that’s what she is—she’s an actress. Whereas I—I just don’t really know.” Pattinson also admits to Sales that he has admired Stewart for a long time. “She’s cool. Even before I knew her I thought she was a really good actress. Like, I saw Into the Wild, and I thought she was really good in that. I still think there are very few girls in her class that are as good as she is.

Breaking Dawn News – BD filming in Arsenal Park, Baton Rouge/BD Vampires about town/ Angela Sarafyan talks to MTV

Breaking Dawn has made TV local news in Baton Rouge! Check out WBRZ’s coverage of its filming in the town’s Arsenal Park.
BATON ROUGE- Twilight has taken over downtown Baton Rouge. Or at least the Arsenal Park near the State Capitol building.
Filming for the fourth addition to the Twilight Saga is scheduled to take place tonight at the park.
A giant green screen, known as a ‘key’ wall, was set up in the park. All day fans of the series and curious residents came out to the edges of the set to get a peek.
Some folks spent their lunch break searching the scene for their favorite stars.
“We want to see Edward but we’ll take Jacob, yeah Carlisle too,” said Rhonda King, armed with binoculars. “Just in case we can’t get close we need to be able to check it out.”
However, the scene is blocked off and security is on hand, so if you’re looking to get a glimpse of the stars, you may be out of luck.
News 2 was told the lead actors of the film will not be at the set.
A couple of weeks ago, a fan on holiday in Baton Rouge caught up with the new cast members of Breaking Dawn at breakfast!(!! breakfast..hehe)

And Peter Facinelli at last weekend’s Golden Globes talking to MTV’s Hollywood MovieCrush gives us more details about filming Breaking Dawn.
Production on the two parts of “Breaking Dawn” is expected to stretch well into April, with the cast eventually departing Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to finish up shooting on the final “Twilight Saga” films in Vancouver, Canada. But whereas the makers of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” chose to save that franchise’s final scene until the very end of production, the “Breaking Dawn” cast has already shot the last scene of their finale film — and it apparently was a pretty gloomy experience.
“The other day when we shot that ending sequence, we knew that was the ending of the last two movies and it got a little melancholy,” Peter Facinelli, who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen, told us on the red carpet at the Golden Globes on Sunday. “It was sad.”
While the 37-year-old actor wouldn’t delve into detail about the scene — “Lots of vampires,” he teased — Robert Pattinson, also walking the Globes carpet, dished about the lengthy climax toward the end of “Breaking Dawn, Part 2.” “There’s like a 27-minute sequence in the final sequence, and it takes forever to shoot,” he revealed. “There’s about 75 people in it. Being on a piece of fake snow surrounded by green screen for like a month, it’s driving me absolutely insane.”
Facinelli, too, admitted that filming the final fight has meant the cast must suffer through a “brutal” production schedule, but he credited director Bill Condon with creating a calm, creative working environment.
“Bill Condon’s fantastic,” he said. “He’s such a great actors’ director. He’s really collaborative. He’s a joy to work with. He’s very relaxed all the time. You never see him sweat.”
MTV Movie News asked Angela Sarafyan about being the new cast member in The Twilight Saga.
“I went on-set and met Bill Condon and he is truly such a great, great person,” she said. “I’m honestly humbled by the fact that he is kind and generous and, with the enormity of this film, has been so graceful about giving every actor their time. He immediately put me on a great starting point. We were all in this incredible Egyptian casbah in Baton Rouge [back in November] and it was quite magnificent. It was quite easy. It’s not as pressure-filled as you’d think. It felt like an independent project where everyone’s having a nice time, no one’s pressured. It’s been that way almost every day that we’ve worked on this.”
Three movies into the franchise already, the crew is currently in the midst of filming the final two films, “Breaking Dawn” parts one and two, and the “Twilight” newbie says that things are so relaxed on the set that she doesn’t feel like a rookie castmate.
“I was telling my mom, and I say these kids, they’re [probably] people who are not very nice and they’re stuck up … and they’re the complete opposite. They’re very kind and sweet and normal and awesome,” she explained. “I don’t think I could find anything bad to say about a single person on the set. They’re quite humble and normal people. It was a delight to come into that.
“About being the new kid on the set, there’s so many of us, we’ve all become a family ultimately,” she added. “It’s been quite easy.”
Sarafyan even got to help create a bit of backstory in order to play Tia. “I always envisioned Tia like Cleopatra and Benjamin like Marc Anthony, so even though they’re the younger vampires, they’re very strong-willed and rebels. We have this entire history of how they were 4 and they met and they fell in love and at 16 they turned into vampires,” she explained. “It’s something along those lines. And it’s funny, I spoke to Stephenie Meyer and she has a similar idea of what we created.”

Everglow has been very generous to upload the new Entertainment Weekly scan for all of us. Leap over to their gallery now!

And HOLY MACARONI…..THE BREAKING DAWN PROMOTIONAL STILL OF EDWARD/BELLA IN FULL GLORY! :p

Breaking Dawn News – Oh my… Edward & Bella on their wedding bed.

First Bill Condon gave us this…

And today we get this… courtesy of Entertainment Weekly (Issue Out Friday 14th Jan,2011 – Captain Jack Sparrow on the Cover) that got the exclusive first image of Bella & Edward on their honeymoon… *HOT*

From The Twilight Saga Facebook page.
Entertainment Weekly has an exclusive first look at THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 1. The shot, which is only available in Entertainment Weekly’s print edition, features Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) as husband and wife…on their wedding night. “It’s one of the most anticipated scenes,” Breaking Dawn director Bill Condon tells EW. “I spent a tremendous amount of time thinking about it. The anticipation is part of it and you want to play with what people expect and maybe subvert it a little and surprise them.”
For more information about Breaking Dawn (in theaters Nov. 18), check out this week’s issue of Entertainment Weekly.
So what do you guys think?!
We love the first pic ( Feathers) cos of its simplicity and sensuality .
And now with Edward and Bella in the picture – wow! IT is HAPPENING !!!
We also love the lighting in both images that somehow connotes an almost ethereal mood about it. This is Bella and Edward ie human & vampire coming together – after sooo long.
WE ARE LIKING WHAT YOU’RE DOING MR. CONDON!!!
Breaking Dawn News – Carter Burwell is coming back for BD !!!

YES!! He is coming back! Carter Burwell will be at the helm of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn!!
From The Playlist:

Coen Brothers and Spike Jonze regular collaborator Carter Burwell is set to return to the ‘Twilight’ since working on the first film to perform scoring duties for the final installment of the series, the two parter “Twilight: Breaking Dawn.” Burwell has an existing relationship with the director of the final two parts, Bill Condon, having collaborated on “Kinsey” and “Gods And Monsters” and will return to the position after Alexandre Desplat followed him for “New Moon” with Howard Shore stepping in for “Eclipse.” Shooting began this past November with all major cast members such as Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Dakota Fanning, Michael Sheen, Anna Kendrick and Ashley Greene reprising their roles. The two parts will be shot as one project and will then be respectively released on November 18th, 2011 and November 16th, 2012.
The score that he created for Twilight is forever etched in our minds and hearts especially after watching it more than 20 times on the big screen! You’ll know it anywhere and can place it exactly in the Twilight
or rather you are brought to that particular scene and you can feel the emotions at play through the music. Try it – its fun!
The music illustrated and enhanced the emotional content in the movie and Mr. Burwell did a fantastic job! We could not imagine Twilight without its amazing music score & soundtrack. CAN’T WAIT!!!
Breaking Dawn News – Wyck Godfrey interviewed by USA Today – giving juicy details about BD!

Thanks to Twilight Lexicon for the heads up!
What does the future hold for Bella and Edward in ‘Breaking Dawn’?
Torrid honeymoon sex in tropical Brazil.
The most horrifying pregnancy since Rosemary delivered her devil child.
The threat of a vampire massacre on a nuclear scale.
No wonder the film version of Breaking Dawn is coming out in two parts — the first arrives Nov. 18. (The second is due Nov. 16, 2012.)
Even the most rabid Twi-hards have been nervous about how the sometimes graphic 754-page tome would translate on screen as the mixed-marriage spawn of courtly bloodsucker Edward Cullen and beloved human Bella (played by Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart) leads to friction with the Volturi, who act as vampire royalty, and the werewolf-prone Quileute tribe.
But never fear, says producer Wyck Godfrey.
Speaking from the Baton Rouge set where both installments of Breaking Dawn are shooting simultaneously, Wyck answered some of the Twi-faithful’s more pressing questions.
Q: Where does the story split in half?
A: “We basically want to take the audience through the emotional part of Bella’s journey as she becomes a vampire. The first part will cover the wedding, the honeymoon and the birth.” The film ends just before she embarks on her supernatural transformation.
Q: The book has three segments, two of which present Bella’s point of view and a middle that’s devoted to the perspective of her rejected werewolf suitor, Jacob (Taylor Lautner). How is that handled?
A: “The story will break from her and follow Jacob throughout the course of the movie as he struggles with his own dilemma. There is a sense that as Bella and the Cullens (Edward’s makeshift vampire clan) deal with her pregnancy, the world is still turning outside with Jacob.”
Q: Why was Bill Condon, the Oscar-winning filmmaker best known for his musicals as the screenwriter of 2002′s Chicagoand the director of 2006′s Dreamgirls, selected as the director of the finale?
A: “These films have the most difficult stuff from a performance standpoint. With his history of directing, I can’t think of anyone who would be better at bringing out the best in an actor.” Plus, the director, who did the 1995 sequel to Candyman, is a fright-fare enthusiast. “He has an appetite for the genre and a passion for the Twilight books and movies.”
Q: Considering what goes on during the torturous birth process, how can the rating be PG-13?
A: With Twilight‘s core of under-18 fans, “it would be a crime against our audience to go R-rated.” However, “this is based on a much more mature book. We need to progress and be more sophisticated.”
A compromise: Having the bloody, bone-crushing delivery be seen only through Bella’s eyes. “She is looking through the haze, experiencing pain and everything rushing around her. We only see what she sees.”
Q: How is the long-awaited consummation of Edward and Bella’s love portrayed?
A: Even though their physical relationship goes way beyond what was shown in the first three films, “it does not become soft porn. It is a legitimate and important part of the movie, romantic and sensual.”
Q: At the end of Breaking Dawn, about 70 or so vampires from around the world gather to face off with the Cullens and their allies plus Jacob’s wolf pack. How can you keep both portions of the storytelling equally compelling?
A: “The second half is more of an action film in terms of life-and-death stakes.” But the domestic moments of the first film possess an emotional punch. “There are the pangs of newlywed tension that occur that are relatable even in a fantasy film. Marriage is not quite the experience that they thought it was.”

Q: Is there any chance that Condon could sneak in a musical number?
A: There might be traditional dancing at the wedding. But don’t expect any of the wolf pack to suddenly howl a tune or do a soft-shoe shuffle.
Although, as Godfrey jokes, “We just had a whole line of actors marching toward the camera. We could have them practice a chorus line with vampires doing kicks.”
Breaking Dawn News – BD’s bloody(&furry) set was mistook by police as gruesome murder scene

Breaking Dawn News -[updated] Oh My!! Latest Reports from Brazil & Happy Edward&Bella in Rio PicSpam!

[UPDATED]
NEW PICS OF Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart at Isle Esme!
Thanks to NewsKStew and Thinking of Rob & Globo.com for the pics!

The CEO of Riofilme Sergio Sa Leitao, a local agency that is directly involved in the production of BD in Brazil has tweeted that filming in Rio will end this Saturday 13th November.
Translation:
The filming of (Breaking) Dawn in Paraty was all right. Tomorrow is the last day! Thank you to all who helped us in this endeavor! Viva Rio!
We’ve also got reports from Blog Twi Brasil from today!
Some scenes from “Breaking Dawn” the fourth feature film in the series, being filmed in the city of Paraty, in the southern state of Rio de Janeiro, since last Tuesday (9). The bad weather that hits the city, however, has disrupted the filming schedule since the early hours of Thursday (18).
On that day, you could see little after midnight with a set up a bed inside the mansion, located in the Saco do Mamanguá in Paraty-Mirim, which is being used as a backdrop. The environment gave the impression that the long awaited scene would be shot the first night of love between the characters of Edward and Bella.A heavy storm, however, in region and the scenes were postponed. During the day, with dark sky and rain, the filmings were restricted to the inner part. Production staff came to mount scenery and equipment on a porch at the entrance of the mansion, but they were soon disassembled
In the early hours of Friday, the mansion remained totally erased, and the movement of employees only resumed at around 8am. Shortly before noon, the report of IG see on the balcony of one of the top balcony of the house doubles Pattinson and Kristen doing marking scene.
Head on to Blog Twi Brasil for more and the latest!!
And if you can’t get enough of all the Breaking Dawn News from Brazil – head on to KStew Defenders (or Twifans for the translated version ) for in depth fan coverage at Paraty/Isle Esme.
Lastly, another “Happy Edward & Bella Picture Spam!!”
Can’t get enough!

Breaking Dawn News – Production Dates Announced & Fans stopping traffic in Rio AND Could this be Isle Esme?

Thanks to Production Weekly for tweeting this!
Looks like the filming of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn is scheduled to be approximately 5 months and 2 weeks.
That’s 166 Days of work for the Cast & Crew which will cover Christmas & New Year 2011 and the Easter Holidays – wonder if the guys will get a break in between those hols?! I bet they do.
First Day of filming would be the ‘Taxi Scene’ on Sunday night (7th Nov) .
Here are Funny papz pic of Rob & Kristen’s reactions to fans gathering at their hotel – The Copacobana Palace in Rio.
Apparently – the hotel has another famous guest staying there the moment - Vin Diesel – so the crowd of fans may not only be there for Twilight.
Content of the Globo.com article mentions:
The Twilight Cast & Crew apparently order a lot of food from Room Service – well into the wee hours! And an entire floor of the hotel was reserve for them for the duration of filming so that there is no contact between them & the media or other guests.
Of course they’ll order food – imagine a whole floor of people with different sleeping patterns & working late with a restricted schedule. What else to do on their rest time but eat and watch TV
I bet they don’t have time to sight see at all. Anyways – they can come back for a proper holiday to enjoy Rio.
Cool! Wonder if they run around the hallways and open up all the connecting rooms to play.
HAHA I really really bet they do!
Lastly, thanks to RobPattznews for this!
Currently it is rumoured that the Isle Esme scenes will be shot here.
Oh WOW! I can actually see it being the Isme Esme House – especially with that private beach! Check out MORE pics at the House In Paraty website!

Nice right?!!
