Wow! What a day! 2 great announcements for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn!!
The lucky girl who will play Edward & Bella Cullen’s daughter has been found! She is the form of a very beautiful newcomer – Mackenzie Foy.
EW.com’s Hollywood Insider just released the breaking news.
It’s a big day for Twihards. First Maggie Grace signs on to play Irina. Now EW.com has learned that little 9-year old Mackenzie Foy is inches away from signing on to play Renesmee, Edward and Bella’s vampire/human love child that’s a central role in the final installment of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
So what do you guys think of Renesmee? We think she’s perfect cos you can actually see bits of Edward and a lot of Bella on her.

Breaking Dawn News – Kellan Lutz gives us some info on BD
E!Online spoke to Kellan Lutz and he has dropped some great details about Breaking Dawn!
“We start sometime in October and go all the way through to late April,” Kellan Lutz says. “I just did a [wardrobe fitting] and a contact lenses test.”
Joking aside, Lutz says he knows what director Bill Condon has planned for the potentially gory sequence. “I love the way that they’re showing it,” he said. “I really thought that was going to be really a tough thing to show.”
Screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg recently told us the birth of baby Renesmee won’t necessarily be gruesome. “I don’t think it’s about the amount of blood you show,” she said. “It’s about the intensity of it. It’s on their faces. It’s all from Bella’s point of view when you’re seeing what’s going. It should feel visceral. I think it’s going to be pretty intense.”
BREAKING DAWN NEWS – Irina of the Denali Coven has been casted!

Maggie Grace will play a new vampire threat to Kristen Stewart’s Bella in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. Grace, who played Liam Neeson’s in-distress daughter in Taken, will play the role of Irina in the final installments of the Stephenie Meyer novel, which director Bill Condon is directing in two separate films.
Irina is a member of the Denali coven, considered cousins to the Cullen clan as the only other “vegetarian” vampire group. When Irina blames the Cullens for the death of her lover, her actions set in motion a terrifying chain of events. The first of two pictures will be released by Summit Entertainment on November 18, 2011, followed by the finale on November 16, 2012. Melissa Rosenberg is writing both scripts, and Wyck Godfrey, Karen Rosenfelt and Meyer are producing.
You guys may also remember her from the series ‘Lost’ where she plays Shannon. It’d be great to see more Vampire with amber eyes in Twilight!

Why Twilight Makes Me Want to Quit My Job
First, the books made me aware of how little time we have in which to make our short lives sweet. The juxtaposition of vampire life and human life is stark. Human life is short and, despite our best intentions, probably meaningless in the grand scheme of things. So, to the extent that we have the capacity for a truly Meaningful life, we will probably die long before we have a chance to realize on it. Previously, I had viewed my fungibility as limited to Biglaw. All of a sudden, “SURPRISE SAMANTHA!”, said the Universe, “I agree with your vapid bosses — you are intrinsically irrelevant.”
Now, compare the human condition just described to Twilight’s vampires, who not only are immortal, but also do not need sleep. How many languages did Edward speak? Six? Not that this made his life meaningful, but he at least had an opportunity to really understand the world. Edward at least could fully appreciate why his life was pointless. More significantly, perhaps, he had an endless amount of time to suck what he could out of life (no pun intended). My existential angst would evaporate in the face of all of that precious time. By contrast, I had been floating through my life on autopilot, generally unhappy, understanding nothing of the human condition, in a job that sucked my soul dry, waiting for the next benchmark: financial security (check), married (check), kids, kids to college, retirement, death. My meaningless life was living me. I wondered what could make my irrelevant life feel more meaningful.
Breaking Dawn News
Rumours has been going around that the 2nd part of Breaking Dawn will be made into 3-D. However, Gossip Cop has debunked the rumour and it has been confirmed by a rep from Summit Entertainment.
A rep for Summit tells Gossip Cop, “Neither film is being shot in 3D,” and calls the rumors “fabricated.”

Breaking Dawn News – Got a winner for the Ebay bid to Breaking Dawn Set!
On 8th September we posted about “Chance to Be in Breaking Dawn set” well the fierce bidding has ended and 01 winner emerged – he/she will pay a whopping USD60,100 to visit the filming set of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. But its soo cool cos its for a good cause and Stand Up For Cancer just got a check worth USD60,100! Yay!

It cost a whopping $60,100 US and 10 days of frantic bidding on eBay, but one lucky Twi-hard will be spending a day with blood-sucking superstars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart here in Vancouver.
The minted bidder, identified only as y***a, beat out 4***b today in a last-minute battle to the finish to claim the top prize: a visit to the Vancouver set of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1.
The bidding war generated 95 bids in total from pre-qualified buyers, with the highest offer jumping from $40,000 US to $60,100 within the final minutes.
The prize includes airfare from U.S. locations and VIP car service from Seattle to Vancouver. All proceeds will go toward the U.S. charity Stand Up To Cancer.
Filming of the latest Twilight movie will take place in Vancouver from February 2011 until late March.

Whoa! Its September already and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn is reported to start filming next month! Feels so far away especially with Melissa Rosenberg saying that the script is far for being ready. Oh well, the Twilight drought has been going on for far too long – October will be a welcome relief
And MarcMalkin of E! Online tweeted about getting into the set of Breaking Dawn legally. Well he was actually talking about this!
The bid started about 5 hours ago ( at 7am Singapore Time) with 9 days left for bidding. It currently stands at USD $6100. So if any of you Singapore Twilighters can afford it – we think many of you can – let us know we are rooting for you!!! Good Luck. FYI, the set visit includes travel accomodations!

The Twilight Universe is abuzz again – with this considerable Twilight News drought – almost anything goes! It seems that Robert Pattinson will be making a cameo appearance in the (7th) Season Finale of ‘Entourage‘ which will air this Sunday 12th September

Ari Gold is my MOST favourite character cos even with his potty mouth – he still has a good heart. His character is based on Agent of All Hollywood Agents – Ari Emanuel. Incidentally, Mr Emanuel is one of the founders of William Morris Endeavor Talent Agency – they represent Rob!

Breaking Dawn News – New Twilight Cast Member for Breaking Dawn Part 2
We’ll its official! Benjamin of The Egyptian Coven will be played by Rami Malek. As you guys know he will only appear in the in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 where they are invited to Forks to serve as witnesses for The Cullens who have to explain themselves to The Volturi about Renesmee
I haven’t had the chance to watch HBO’s highly acclaimed war series ‘The Pacific’ but after checking out Rami Malek – I will have to get the DVD now.
He played a pharaoh in Night at The Museum – was that why they chose him to play Benjamin? Haha I don’t think so. But watching the clips on Youtube – I love the way his eyes look – pretty intense crazy eyes (I Like!). And that southern New Orleans accent as Snafu – *swoon* I can safely say I am excited to see more from this guy. Was excited about Xavier Samuel in pretty much the same way last year – and was not dissapointed!
