Its Fansite Friday again and the following fansites have exclusive interviews with various cast members of The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Click on any one to read the same interview.

On this installment they speak to Chaske Spencer (Sam Uley) and Gil Birmingham (Billy Black).
Chaske Spencer
Q: What’s your favorite scene so far?
Chaske: The scene where Bella confronts the wolfpack. “It was pretty epic”.Q: How did the wolf pack bond together?
Chaske: We were all rooming in the same hotel, so we always saw each other. We trained together and hung out together playing basketball. We knew we “needed to be a band of brothers” on screen, so we tried to bond on and off screen. We made sure that we would go to meals together and sit as a family.
Gil Birmingham
What’s this movie like compared to the first movie. What’s the production been like overall?
Gil: It’s much larger [laughs] I’ll tell you that. I don’t know. That’s a good question. How was it different? Being in Vancouver is slightly different. You know the cast members are still like a family. You take a little break, and you’re back together again. So, it picks up where we left off.
You know they found such a great location to-look at that house-(indicates the newly created Bella’s house set) it looks like the other one exactly.
You know I’m not here that much. I just got in this weekend. So this is my first day on-I was here a couple of weeks ago when we did the shoot (speaking of scenes shot at the Black House location). Now I’m here for today and I’m gone tomorrow. So, I don’t know whether I’m in a position to tell you if there is a whole lot of difference.

CanMag.com ‘s Fred Topel has another interview with the New Moon cast and this time with our favourite Vampire actually not, its just with Robert Pattinson.
“It wasn’t just the director that made this one different,” Pattinson said. “It was so different as well because we kind of knew what type of animal that we were dealing. I was much more of a supporting role, in this one. It was actually one of the most relaxing jobs that I’ve ever done. Chris has a really peaceful presence and I got on really well with him.”
Even before any footage was completed to screen, Pattinson could tell New Moon would differ from Twilight. “ Aesthetically, it looks very different. The script was very different. It’s a completely different mood. So, I’m really interested to see how it works out.”
As for the vampire craze that continues to fuel his franchise, Pattinson can’t comment. “I think we’re the worst people to ask about it. The problem is that, when I looked at it, I never looked at it as a vampire story, right from the beginning. When I try to play it, I try to eliminate the vampire element, as much as I can, and just see it as a tool to make their relationship a little more fraught. Right after the audition, I found myself bizarrely invested in the story and I hadn’t even read the books, at that point. I’ve gotten more and more attached to it. I’ve been talking about the script for Eclipse to people, over the last few weeks, and I find myself getting very argumentative, which I’m not usually. They definitely have some kind of power.”
Yup without a doubt we TOTALLY agree with you there Rob. The Twilight series has really put us all under its spell…. And we are pretty happy in this ‘place’.

…As for what Kristen was doing at the salon – am told exclusively that they were testing out a look, something to do with a transformation, not just her hair, but makeup and costuming too. As a vampire.(?)
…It was a night shoot on Wednesday, the 3rd day of filming. It took place in a barn. News spread on Twitter and fans and paps showed up and stayed out late. The actors involved were: Jackson Rathbone, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Robert Pattinson, and Ashley Greene. “Jasper and Maria” were back in the old days training with their army. Jasper agonises over a task he’s ordered to perform involving a newborn. The “Edward and Alice” scene was from a vision, a memory from when he was inside Aro’s head…

Stephenie Meyer managed to capture a level of humanity, especially with Bella’s character. Her inner thoughts are the similar thoughts you’ve ha d in similar situations but they’re so deep down, ones that you sometimes don’t even admit to yourself.”

WOOT!! The Twilight Saga series is helping out the US economy? Or at least Hot Topic?? Check out the Forbes.com report.
The apparel based on the “Twilight” hit book and movie series about teenage vampires had helped Hot Topic post big gains in sales late last year and earlier this year while other retailers struggled.
“New Moon” merchandise will be in stores in early October, said William Blair analyst Sharon Zackfia in a note to investors. However, August sales trends are “lackluster,” she wrote, and Hot Topic is facing increasingly difficult sales comparisons from last year, especially during October, when it will release “New Moon” apparel and accessories.
but here are a few interesting quotes from Betsy McLaughlin CEO of Hot Topics…Products from New Moon is the second movie in the Twilight series, is scheduled to land in stores in early October, two months later than last year. We very much believe in the strength of New Moon, but are also realistic in our sales forecast given the later start and the wider distribution of product.…So we will have accessories at the launch this time around versus flowing it in after the apparel and the last year we were still waiting to see how the apparel was going to do.…The difference between this year and last year is that we were pretty much on your own last year as far as carrying Twilight in most of the other retailers and many consumers did not catch onto the twilight craze until we moved through certainly the movie and then peeking at the DVD release as well.
…As far as Twilight is concerns, I think the line is pretty good. I think that everybody learned from last year what the product is that sells, what it is with that particular customer wants. There is great interest in Jacob who is the other guy, with the guy in Twilight (err His name is Edward, maam
I also see that just historically the second movie of a series is always stronger than the first. The third and the fourth, not so good, but I think that a lot of teens and their mothers didn’t catch the Twilight fever until very late in the season. Perhaps they caught it either right before the movie came out or they caught it after the movie came out when the press was going crazy about it. So, I think more people are keyed up to jump on this at the very beginning and then throughout the season. So I feel good about that.
When asked about the possibility of the New Moon mall tour?
We’re working on that right now. We don’t have anything to announce, but obviously the cast will be out on the road they will be doing it internationally this year as well, last year was really domestic, but this is an international phenomenon now, so it will be split between both domestic tour dates and international tour dates. So, right now we’re in the process of figuring out that calendar.
Wonder how good the New Moon merchandise will do this year and who can rival Hot Topic for the fans’ m0oolah?! We will see! .. OooOh Any Asian dates in that tour?

Summit Entertainment, producer of the “Twilight” movies, has partnered with Creation Entertainment to produce a series of “Twilight” fan conventions, which will take place at various North American locations over the next three years.
…The conventions will feature onstage appearances by “Twilight” celebrities, screenings of exclusive footage, panel discussions, parties, musical performances, costume and trivia competitions, auctions, autographing, merchandising and photo opportunities. “Twilight” fan sites, including www.twilightlexicon.com and www.twilightmoms.com, will take part with special presentations at stops on the convention tour.

Now Hitfix.com has released audio recordings of their interviews with Taylor Lautner, Rachelle LeFevre, Michael Sheen, Cameron Bright, Wyck Godfrey, Melissa Rosenberg, Charlie Bewley and stunt co-ordinator Cam Waldbauer.We’re pretty sure you’ve read the actual interviews but just the same listening to it is more interesting.

There’s a smoky haze all around the sound studio and the air is heavy with the smell of sawdust. We media folks are gathered around the viewing area, where monitors and headphones are set up for VIPs who have their names on the back of their chairs. Stephenie Meyer and screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg are among them. We’re standing behind them, quietly scribbling notes on every little thing.

….Jane and Edward’s Torturous Scenes
One little vampire who plays a huge role in the new film is Jane, played by Dakota Fanning. As the more prominent witch twin, she’s known for her an angelic look that clashes with her sadistic persona. In the scenes we view, she’s using her special gift—inflicting pain on her victims without lifting a finger—on Edward. Edward’s scene was altogether filmed separately since he was on wires, but let’s include what we saw from that scene, too, for continuity.
Robert Pattinson is cloaked in a hooded crimson, velvet, Volturi robe and his bare chest is partly exposed. As Aro gives Jane the green light to try her power on Bella, Edward runs in front of her and he receives the full fury of Jane’s infliction. Pattinson stops in his tracks, arches his head back and expresses a look of excruciating pain. He lets out a grunt, the wires pull him back, and then drop him on his back. A camera that’s zoomed in on Jane’s face shows her red eyes widen and follow him to the spot on the ground where he falls. She hardly blinks. As Bella begs her to stop, Jane keeps staring, and her lips curve into a faint, smug smile.
Meyer and others watch throughout, mesmerized. After the take, Dakota stops by the viewing area and says “See you tomorrow!” to Meyer. Fanning looks nearly unrecognizable with her pale skin and her hair pulled back into a sophisticated, twist up-do. Her red lips match her wide, blood-red eyes, accented with smoky eye-shadow. She’s wearing a black and purple, hooded dress coat with a small cape around her shoulders. “The coat’s adorable!” Meyer says. After she’s left, Dakota’s stand-in provides a much better look at her paper-thin, pixie-like dress underneath. It’s cream-colored and layered, and she’s wearing white tights and one-inch heeled Mary Janes.

Apparently taking the pop culture world by storm in the Twilight saga is just not enough for New Moon stars Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. Now the dynamic duo would like to infiltrate television’s biggest phenomenon as well. On the latest episode of Must List Live!, Stewart and Lautner reveal that they’d like to put their pipes to the test under the unforgiving glare of Simon Cowell on American Idol. (And don’t think they won’t fight back against criticism either. Just check out the boxing moves Stewart pulls on Lautner in the video below!) Should they ever make it to stage, what song would they croon? You’ll have to watch the clip below to find out. And then let us know: Would you vote to keep the Twilight twosome around on Idol?
According to Lainey, it’s all about the Hair, Hoods And First Day Shoots. Wig testing for Kristen and they already started filming scenes involving Jasper and Maria too. Meanwhile, Nikki Reed and Elizabeth Reaser went out for shopping. That’s about all.

Kristen Stewart will be featured in the September issue in British magazine Dazed & Confused. MTV has the inside pictures of the magazine.
Kristen warns not to judge a celeb—including her—by a magazine cover. “The fact is, the paparazzi and most interviewers, they want your soul,” she said. “It’s so scary because your persona… and I guess I now have one, because people think of me in a certain way… is all based entirely on quick snippets of crazed moments in your life. And that is what people then base their entire opinion of me on!”
To make matters worse, sometimes its the actress herself who unintentionally causes the misunderstanding. “Anything you say can come and bite you in the ass,” Kristen said. “It’s not even like you say things you don’t mean, it’s just that sometimes they come out wrong.”

MTV’s Larry Carroll talked to Taylor Lautner & Kiowa Gordon about the Wolfpack & ‘muffin scene’ in The Twilight Saga:New Moon.
As those who have read the Stephenie Meyer novels know, this inserted scene is rife with dramatic and humorous possibilities. At some point in the saga, Sam Uley imprints on Emily — the second cousin of high school sweetheart Leah Clearwater — leaving Leah more than a tad bitter. The scene takes place on the La Push reservation, with many of the key Quileute characters interacting while they partake in their bountiful breakfast. But why muffins?
“We like muffins,” Gordon said, revealing that the Quileute wolves have a taste for more than vampire flesh.
“The muffin scene?” Taylor Lautner grinned when we told him of Gordon’s comments. “I didn’t have the pleasure to enjoy any muffins.

Ashley Greene has this interview where she spoke about reprising her role as Alice Cullen in The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
Going through the fandom of Twilight is a common experience few people could share outside the Twilight world. “Obviously, I can’t speak on anybody else’s behalf, because I don’t know, but I think that we are all definitely looking at each other going, ‘What is going on? What do you do? Does it happen to you?’ so it’s very nice to have someone right there going through the same thing as you and to be able to relate to it. And, yeah, I think it’s had a tremendous effect on how close we’ve all become.”

CanMag’s Fred Topel has an interview with Chris Weitz who talked about the special effects in New Moon as well as ‘inheriting’ Twilight.
“The Volturi are lit differently because they are a different breed of vampire altogether. The diamond skin we’re remaking. It’s going to be groovy. I mean, it’s still diamond skin but it’s been completely reconstructed effects for this one.”
Weitz did acknowledge he is inheriting quite a toy box from his predecessor, and the books on which the films are based. “I inherited a wonderful cast which is really the main appeal to me because when I was offered the film, I hadn’t read the book yet. When I read the book, I realized that there were these deep currents of longing and romance to it, and I inherit a huge fan base, which is incredible, because you know that people are going to see your movie. That’s the only thing you worry about when you’re making a film in the first place. It’s so expensive to make a film and you work so hard, you make other people work so hard, that knowing that other people are going to see it is tremendously refreshing.”

The Cliff Dive — Kristen Stewart told us long ago that Bella’s pivotal cinematic near-suicide will be CGI, and we’ve got to admit: We’re still a bit concerned. Fan-made videos like this one give us an idea of some things to expect from what could be the most powerful moment in “New Moon,” but so far, nothing official. Come on, Chris Weitz — cough it up!
Quil Be Seeing You — Everybody’s got their own favorite quasi-obscure “Twilight” character, and mine is Jacob’s “wingman” Quil Ateara. We know he’s played by Tyson Houseman in the film, but we haven’t seen so much as a publicity shot yet. Sure, some might laugh — but I’ll be wearing a “Team Quil” shirt when I see the film on opening night. Which reminds me of a second complaint: Why has no one invented “Team Quil” T-shirts yet?

Two new cast members of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse have been announced. Here they are:
Boo Boo Stewart as Seth Clearwater
There’s been a sort of campaign by Boo Boo’s fans on youtube for him to play Seth Clearwater. Well I guess they were successful!! Well done! Here’s a video of Boo Boo Stewart saying thanks to those who put the ‘campaign’ videos BEFORE he went for the audition. We’ve also learned that Boo Boo knows Taylor cos both of them trained and were involved in Extreme Martial Arts(XMA). Boo Boo is of Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Scottish and Native American descent.

Here’s a a short video of Julia Jones in the movie Black Cloud that was done a year ago. Apparently she has worked with Gil Birmingham before.
Last but not least – The Twilight Saga: Eclipse has officially started shooting yesterday. This from Summit Entertainment via the LA Times Blog.
Vancouver, BC – August 18, 2009 – Summit Entertainment announced today that it has commenced principal photography on THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE directed by David Slade (30 DAYS OF NIGHT, HARD CANDY) from a screenplay by Melissa Rosenberg. Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner will reprise their roles as Bella Swan, Edward Cullen and Jacob Black. The third film in the studio’s TWILIGHT film franchise based on Stephenie Meyer’s blockbuster book series, will be released theatrically in North America on Wednesday, June 30, 2010.
Along with director David Slade, several new actors are joining the TWILIGHT family including Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria, Xavier Samuel as Riley, Catalina Sandino Moreno as Maria, Jack Huston as Royce King, Julia Jones as Leah, BooBoo Stewart as Seth, and Jodelle Ferland as Bree.
Also continuing in the saga as The Cullen Family are Ashley Greene as Alice, Peter Facinelli as Carlisle, Elizabeth Reaser as Esme, Kellan Lutz as Emmett, Nikki Reed as Rosalie, and Jackson Rathbone as Jasper. Billy Burke also returns as Charlie Swan.

New Moon News (Fansite Fridays Part Deux)
Its the day for the second installment of Fansite Fridays!! Check out the recording of the interview at Twilighters Anonymous and read the interview transcribe by Kimmy of HisGoldenEyes.
He talked so enthusiastically about the film that we can’t help to think that The Twilight Saga are in good hands. Haha if you listen closely at some point you can hear the cast and the crew on background as this interview was done during filming. He talks mostly about the Twilight and New Moon film shoot. He also mentioned of them thinking about the scenes in Breaking Dawn will be done. Thank you guys!!
…. Kristen is so amazingly ‘on it’, in terms of what Bella would say and what she would do. Like we will be in a scene, and she will be like, “No, Bella wouldn’t do that, she would do this.” And you’re like, she’s right! She’s got it. She’s so amazing in this film. I mean, the levels that she lets herself go to, in terms of being torn apart. We were talking to Jillian and Aaron from the studio, and they’re all watching the dailies, like, “We are going to have to hand out boxes of Kleenex!” Like every time you watch a scene, you’re like, “that was even more emotional than the last scene!” I mean you’ve got Edward breaking up with Bella, and you’ve got Jacob in the rain when she shows up and he hasn’t returned her calls, it’s the most heartbreaking scene, it’s amazing. Then, the final scene of the movie, we shot her saying goodbye to Jacob, it’s just great.
…. Q: Is there anything you learned from ‘Twilight’ that you said, “We are definitely going to change this for ‘New Moon’”?
I think the one thing that we thought of when we saw Twilight was that if we can still pull off the emotions of that, but also expand it visually. That was one thing, we really thought the film could be opened up visually and show us the Pacific Northwest. There were little snippets in Twilight, but we thought the views are so great anyway lets make every shot like that. I think that will be eye opening for people. I think the vampire movement, we really wanted to do something different and make people think, “Okay, that’s how I imagined it in the books. Bella can barely…can’t see them they are moving so fast.” So we really tried to tackle that from a visual standpoint. That they are speeding through in a way that is so fast you really can’t catch them.
…. Well, last year, for Twilight, we shot all the school scenes while they were all on vacation. Yeah, so the interiors, all the interiors, were on their spring break. Right? So this time for all of our school stuff we had to shoot it while Jessica, the actress playing Jessica, was available. There were a lot of scheduling problems. So the only time we could shoot it was when school was in session. So basically we were trying to shoot these scenes while the kids were literally in between classes, screaming bloody murder because every time they see a glimpse of Rob they just go crazy. It was chaos. It’s like, never again will I ever shoot during school.
It was ridiculous, with this franchise, the idea of trying to trot Rob Pattinson down the hallways where like girls will come out of the bathroom, just by accident when class is in session. We thought when they are in class we are fine, we can go up and down the halls; they’re all in class. But every now and then you would get someone who would walk out into the hallway, and go “AHHHH!!!”
…. Well, it’s interesting, there will definitely be more sunlight in this movie than in Twilight. There are less vampires! Well actually we thought that in the breakup scene, you know when Edward is like “My family and I are leaving, and Carlisle is getting ten years older than he should be and people are starting to notice.” We were thinking we should just put in, “The farmers almanac says it’s going to be more sunny this year so we gotta go!” Or Alice said so! [Laughs]
… Q: So did you like ‘Breaking Dawn’?
I loved it. I mean for me, it’s mature in a way that speaks. You know, to someone my age, really. Gosh, I mean I have three kids, you totally understand the next level of Bella’s life is going to be the adult life. What was so daring about Breaking Dawn, and so brilliant about it, she didn’t pander to what she thought her audience was. She said, this is what’s right for Bella and Edward, and this is where their story needs to go. I really loved that about it. Certainly there are things that are shocking that are like, I never thought it would go that way. That’s good! I mean, that’s what makes for good drama. So I love it.
I don’t know how we are going to do it! [Laughs]

… Things got serious for Stewart while she was filming the movie and had to experience the intensity of what it would be like for Bella to be abandoned by Edward. “Before the scene, I was sitting in my car, like, f—ing crying — crying so hard you can’t breathe, because I was really overwhelmed and intimidated by the scene. Everyone says, ‘She better be able to pull off the emotion in this movie!’ And it’s such an important moment in the book, when he leaves,” she recalled. “I’m thinking, ‘We have to be done now. Just tell me we’re done.’ “

New Moon Footage Will Be Screened
Insert your earplugs now, because this year’s Empire and BFI Movie-Con II is going to include not one, but two new scenes from The Twilight Saga: New Moon, which we know may cause some of you to faint with sheer excitement. The film’s not due out until November 20, but you’ll be getting a sneak peek at two key scenes at this weekend’s event. While we can’t tell you which ones just yet, we can guarantee a) brooding and b) pining for an absent true love.
But note that we might be able to see any of these scene due to these security measurements posted on the Empire on line website.

…This is the third freezing night in a row that the cast has worked until dawn, but that doesn’t stop the set from feeling warm and jovial. Pattinson mugs for the movie camera between takes and teases his costar for just lying on the floor in the midst of all the vamp-on-vamp violence. ”Do you want Kristen to give us a little life back there?” he jokes to the director. Kristen smiles. ”I’m just writhing down here,” she says. ”A lot of writhing. I writhe really well.”
…Pattinson couldn’t be happier with his downsized role. ”It was a stress-free job for three months,” says the actor, 23, in his charming British lilt. ”All the pressure was on Taylor.”

Maria! Maria! Guess what! Add in Catalina Sandino Moreno into the current Eclipse cast list!
Catalina Sandino Moreno, who was nominated for an Oscar for her role in 2004′s ‘Maria Full of Grace,’ will appear in ‘Eclipse,’ the third film in the ‘Twilight’ series.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sandino Moreno will play the role of Maria, a vamp from Jasper Cullen’s past who creates an army of “baby vampires” during a nineteenth century vampire war. Other newcomers to ‘Eclipse’ include Bryce Dallas Howard as bad vamp Victoria, and Angelica Huston‘s nephewJack Huston. who will play the newborn undead Riley.
‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ begins production August 17, while the ‘Twilight’ sequel, ‘New Moon,’ is set to hit theaters November 20.

Woot! The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that another new cast member will join The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. The new guy is Jack Huston who will play Rosalie’s meanie fiance Royce King II.
Another Brit comes into the Twilight fold and he has a very famous last name to boot! Jack comes from a great clan that consists of actors and directors. He is the grandson of director John Huston and nephew of actress Angelica Huston.

The Vancouver Sun has an interview with Jordelle Ferland who will play a ‘newly turned vampire’ that still remains nameless (whom we think might be Bree ) in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
Ferland has been working in film and television since she was two years old, starring in her first film at the age of four (Mermaid) and playing the lead in a successful suspense thriller (Silent Hill).
She has worked with Rene Zellweger, appeared on Late Night With Conan O’Brien and just-wrapped The Cabin in the Woods written by Joss Whedon (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and Drew Goddard (Lost), but nothing of the magnitude of the Twilight saga.
“I’m so excited,” giggled Ferland. “It’s not that I didn’t think I would get the role, it’s just that things like this never happen. I’m still having a hard time believing it.”
Eclipse will be Ferland’s second time working with Twilight star Kristen Stewart, who plays Bella Swan, the mortal teen who falls for vampire Edward Cullen, played by Robert Pattinson.
Larry Carroll of MTV asked The Twilight cast members while attending the Teen Choice Awards about what they were up to in Vancouver this time with director David Slade for The Twilight Saga : Eclipse.
“Oh, it’s exciting, man,” Jackson Rathbone told us about recent meetings the actors have had with David Slade, the bloodthirsty “30 Days of Night” director who will oversee them for the soon-to-shoot third film in the series. “We’ve all met with him. We’ve all been up to Vancouver doing training and getting ready for all the action.”
But since Rathbone plays Civil War soldier-turned-vampire Jasper Hale — and confirmed to us that Jasper’s 1863 transformation will be included in “Eclipse” as a flashback — the charismatic star has been blessed with one bit of training that the other Cullens don’t get to partake in.
“Horseback training,” Kellan Lutz sighed. “I’m jealous.”
” ‘Eclipse’ is big on fighting, so Jasper trains all of us,” Lutz said of a key sequence in the book that has Rathbone’s war veteran teaching the werewolves and vampires fighting techniques in order to defend themselves against newborn vampires. “All of us characters are actually going through fight training, stunt training. We’re all hitting the gym pretty hard so we can have the endurance.”

Larry Carroll also spoke to Ashley Greene at the TCA 2009 and here’s what she has to say about the work they did in Italy during the filming of The Twilight Saga : New Moon
“We were in Italy for those four or five days, and it was nutty,” Greene remembered of the shoot, which director Chris Weitz has said had a Twilighter in virtually every spot that wasn’t on camera, watching them film. “The amount of people that were in this tiny little town, it took 45 minutes to go, like, 5 feet.”
The scene, which features a black-clad Bella running through a procession of red-robed people to stop Edward from stepping into the sunlight, effectively uses slow-motion and music to build drama for a pivotal moment in the epic saga. And much like the fans, Greene said she couldn’t believe how beautifully the sequence came together…..
“…. it was a great experience, amazing energy,” she remembered of the shoot, as well as the multiple takes it took to pull it off. “And Kristen that day — the poor girl just ran and ran and ran and ran.”

[UPDATED] Twilight News – Teens Choice Awards 2009!
Catherine Hardwicke tells us that Bryce Dallas Howard was given the opportunity to be in Twilight but somehow she rejected it at that point of time:
“I know we originally asked Bryce Dallas Howard to do the first movie, but she thought it was too small a part at the time,” says Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke at the Teen Choice Awards taping yesterday.
Catherine has this to say about how much Rob/Kristen lives has been publizised all over:
“they’re both such Indie spirits and so independent and I feel bad for all the craziness.” “They’re really artists, you know, and they really like making beautiful art.”
On the other hand, Taylor Lautner, as usual appreciates his fans for being so supportive in this fandom:
[UPDATE] In our first Teens Choice Award 09 post, I mentioned that Twilight won 9 awards. Well, scrap that! Here’s the latest:
The adolescent vampire drama dominated Sunday’s ceremony with 11 wins, including choice movie drama, romance, liplock, rumble and soundtrack. Kristen Stewart won the movie drama actress category while Robert Pattinson picked up two surfboard-shaped trophies — one for movie drama actor, another for male hottie.
“We’ll see you guys in theaters November 20th,” co-star Taylor Lautner teased the squealing crowd.
Lautner and Ashley Greene, who will appear alongside Stewart and Pattinson in the upcoming “Twilight” sequel “New Moon,” were honored as the male and female movie fresh faces while Cam Gigandet was crowned movie villain. “Twilight” director Catherine Hardwicke joined the cast on stage to accept the adaptation’s pack of trophies.
