Someone caught this on video. I’ve not seen it yet. Spoilers, obviously.
A Youtuber caught some behind the scene footage of Ashley Greene and Kristen Stewart shooting the yellow Porsche scene for “Twilight Saga: New Moon” over in Montepulciano, Italy. Kristen Stewart plays Bella Swan and Ashley Green plays Alice Cullen in the film – Source.
In the first segment of the video (below) Kristen Stewart does a few takes of the scene. It’s the scene just before she finds Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson),and runs to him to give him a big hug.
After they do a few takes of that scene, they just show a lot of people talking and walking around taking pictures. Towards the end, there’s a guy who takes pictures with a group of girls. I’m not really sure what that was about,but he sure looked happy.

Yesterday on the 13th July, Gil Birmingham who plays Billy Black, celebrated his 43rd birthday!

Sorry, Twilighters, but you’re outta luck. New Moon costume designer Tish Monaghan custom-made Bella’s one-of-a-kind dress: ”It was supposed to be a gift from Alice, so I wanted something pretty that Alice would buy, but also something vintage [looking] that would be appropriate for Bella. We dressed it down with sneakers to keep the Bella flavor.” – Source.

Twilighters in Singapore and beyond, time to do some work! Our friends at Twilight Lexicon has given us a heads up about the World Soundtrack Awards. The World Soundtrack Academy has opened the Public Choice Award Voting for anyone, anywhere to vote for their favourite movie soundtrack and guess what? Twilight : The Score by Carter Burwell is one of the 4933 nominees!
Remember the haunting and beautiful melodies of the opening scene of Twilight with the little bambi being hunted in the forest , “How Would I Die?” Or the first time Bella sets her eyes on Edward in cafeteria after asking “Who are they?”.. The music score where Bella thinks about Edward and his golden eyes – “Phascination Phase”, the Meadow scene where they were sure of when “The Lion Fell In Love with the Lamb”, and of course “Bella’s Lullaby”, etc
I know for sure you guys love it too.

Did you guys know that the Twilight Soundtrack is classified under TOP ROCK ALBUMS in the Billboard chart? Its been holding at the Top 10 Top Rock Albums for 34 weeks and still doing so well!!
The London Free Press did an interview with Rachelle Lefevre sometime last month and only published it recently. Among others she answered questions about her role as the vengeful vampire Victoria; Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and rumours of the Kristen & Rob ‘romance’.
Rob & Kristen -
“They have fantastic chemistry together on-screen and you know that’s the kind of thing that becomes the source of rumours,” Lefevre says.
Working with Different Directors -
“It could have been bad,” Lefevre admits. “But I think because Harry Potter went through it first to their benefit, we were like, ‘The Potter kids went through a director shift and they were OK, so we’ll be OK, too.’
“And we were. Chris came in with such a clear idea of what the movie was. And he paid respect to what had come before — so it was kind of seamless.”
A third transition will happen later this year in Vancouver when another director, David Slade (30 Days of Night), takes the reins of the next sequel Eclipse.
“It’s perfect timing for David because Eclipse is darker than the other two. There’s more action. It’s not a horror movie, but it is darker.”
As we all know Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene are starring in a movie together called Warrior. Film photographer Peter Arpaia has great movie stills in his website. Wow! Both of them look soo good! Can’t wait to check this movie out!

On the 4th of July the Twilight Cast & The New Moon Cast did something good for charity in the form of the Vampire Baseball event in cooperation with the Make A Wish Foundation of Oregon. Peter Facinelli’s (Carlisle) Team “The Veggie Vamps Dancing with Wolves” beat Rachelle Lefevre’s (Victoria) “Portland People Eaters” Score 6-3.

The Indian Country Today has a great interview with Kiowa Gordon who plays a member of the wolf pack in The Twilight Saga : New Moon. Read the complete article here.
Within a couple of weeks word came he landed the part of Embry Call. “My mom got an e-mail. She was ecstatic.” After speaking to the director on the phone, he was off to Los Angeles for a “cyberscan.” It’s a technique used in many movies to create real-life animation. “A machine went around my body to create a computer image so I could be transformed into a werewolf.”
“When I went to Vancouver, the first person I met was Alex Meraz. During the first three weeks I hung out with the wolf pack. We worked with a personal trainer. I gained five pounds. We all bonded and became like brothers,” Gordon said. “I’m the smallest (physically) but I’m the tallest.” Gordon is 5 feet 11 inches tall.
Peter Facinelli did a quick interview with The Sunday Post. He revealed a particular scene in New Moon that he hopes wouldn’t end up on the cutting room floor.
Are there any scenes from the books that you hope make it into the films?
For “New Moon,” there’s a scene with Bella (Kristin Stewart) where I stitch her up. I was excited to shoot that scene because it was a pivotal scene. It kind of sets up the whole reason why Rob’s character doesn’t want to change her into a vampire. I hope it stays in the movie because I feel like it’s essential and it’s a really nice scene for Carlisle and Bella; it’s an intimate thing. It’s a scene where a lot of information is being given and it shows another side of Carlisle, a soft side of him that I like. I’d be bummed if that was out.
Will we see Breaking Dawn SOON AFTER Eclipse? There has not been a confirmation from Summit Entertainment but there are rumors circling in the net about its possibility, fueled by an interview with Ashley Greene. Stay tuned!

One could say that executives at Summit Entertainment are obviously seeing the impending implosion of the vampire craze given the breakneck speed at which the Twilight Saga sequels are being produced. Breaking Dawn will focus on Bella and Jacob’s perspectives following Eclipse, which is slated to wrap filming on October 31 before Breaking Dawn gets underway soon after.
But here’s the funny part of the latest Twilight, Breaking Dawn news that happens on each Twilight film like clockwork:
Robert Pattinson has already signed on for Breaking Dawn but it appears that Kristen Stewart is only “rumoured” to be attached to the fourth Twilight Saga movie.
Eonline.com reports exclusively, Twilight cast reveals Breaking Dawn details.
“We’re going to start right after Eclipse,” says Ash.
Twilight Inspirations
I bet most of us have read fanfictions and it’s great to read a Twilight fanfic written by our very own Twilighters! One of our Twilighters, Shirlin, has written a fanfic and she would like to share it with us!
Her fanfiction is written post-Breaking Dawn and has written 6 chapters so far. Here’s a snippet of her first chapter:
“Momma, Momma! Open mine next!” exclaimed an angelic voice. I walked over to Rosalie, who passed me my little angel. Renesmee was wearing a white lacy dress with little flowers at the hem of the dress. Her long wavy curls were now waist long, and her warm chocolate eyes were brimming with excitement. She had grown a lot since last year, though the process had slow down, she now looked like a healthy, chubby four year-old. I hugged her gently before giving her a peck on her rosy cheek.
“Aunt Rose went with Nessie to choose Momma’s present.” Nessie said, as Rosalie passed me a small velvet black box before carrying Renesmee so that I could open my present easily.
“Oh!” I gasped when I opened her present. It was a little golden locket, round with a slender vine border carved around the outside edge of the circle. Inside was a tiny picture of our family, with a French inscription on the opposite side. It was the same locket as the one I gave to Renesmee last Christmas.
“Look Momma! Now Momma and Nessie have the same locket!” Nessie fiddled with the collar and pulled out to show me the locket that she was wearing. She threw me a huge grin.
“Oh!” I exclaimed again and gave her a huge hug, feeling the warmth of her little body in my cold stone embrace.
“We went back to the same shop where you bought the locket. The shopkeeper told us that that the locket comes in a pair, but it was sold to someone else before you bought the other one for Nessie. So we went searching and managed to find it in time for your birthday.” Rosalie explained with a smile.
Holding Nessie carefully with one arm, I hugged Rosalie and whispered a grateful “thank you” to her.

Gil: Living in different states and going to a long line of different schools taught me how to adapt to change and different people and circumstances. I believe that the people who succeed in life are those who can adapt to changing surroundings and create goodness amidst the chaos that we sometimes encounter in the world

How did you prepare to play Emmett in New Moon?
I prepared a lot by delving into the back-story for my character, Emmett, that I created while shooting the first movie so I just picked up that same notebook again for New Moon and added a little more to what I thought embodied this character. I find it easy to get in the role; Emmett is the perfect match for me. I do love creating a back-story for characters; it helps you transform into the role and it makes it yours.

First, in case you didn’t see it, New Moon: The Complete Illustrated Movie Companionis already available for pre-order (even though the cover art has not been released). For those of you who haven’t seen the Twilight Companion, it is filled with high-quality images and behind-the-scenes information. Please note that Stephenie does not write these books, but I really enjoyed the first one.
The third movie entry in the “Twilight” series, “Eclipse,” will shoot at Vancouver Film Studios between August 17 and October 31 (Halloween wrap!), ComingSoon reports. The David Slade-directed adaptation of Stephanie Meyer’s novel will come from a script by series scribe (and occasional “Dexter” writer) Melissa Rosenberg.
