Twilight Singapore and NLB collaboration

Yesterday, we had an outing together with National Library Board and it was fun, even though only a few Twilighters came, the programme that was organised by NLB was fruitful and enjoyable.

The programme yesterday, was not really Twilight related, though we did include a short book discussion at the end. But we learned how to make applique (revamping your own plain shirt or bag) so that it looks new and you won’t have to throw it away. And we definitely learned how to make your own jewellery!  Two of our Twilighters managed to make their own Cullen boys cuff using car tyre!

It was definitely a useful and enjoyable experience as we learned how to recylced materials that we throw away to make something out of it or to make something bland to something pretty and new. So we hope that if there’s another event with NLB, you can join us! =)
