‘Need’ for New Moon
I’m not too sure if any of you heard of Hana Pestle before. I knew about her and her song,’Need’ since last year. You can visit Need For New Moon’s Myspace page to listen to the song.
This myspace page is for all fans of both Twilight and Hana Pestle. It is the main site supporting my attempt to get the song “Need” into the next installment of the Twilight movie series, “New Moon.” This is the “base camp” for my effort to spread my song to other Twilight fans, New Moon director/producers, as well as Summit Entertainment.
About the song, ‘Need’: Hana wrote “Need”, one of her first compositions, in 2004 at age 15. It was produced/co-written (the bridge) for her album by Ben Moody and Michael “Fish” Herring and recorded in Los Angeles last year. The string arrangements are by David Campbell, piano performance by David Hodges, engineered and mixed by Dan Certa, and mastered at Sterling Sound in NYC.
Need by Hana! Amazing! I would really love for her song to be included in New Moon! When I was listening to the song, the scene where *spoiler alert* Edward left Bella in the forest and she was stumbling after him *end spoiler* came to mind! Love it! =)

Lyrics and music are quite appropriately evocative of New Moon…it could work…let’s see how it pans out.
Hmmm…wonder if Haley will write more songs for the next two movies, seeing as she really nailed Decode and I Caught Myself for Twilight!

Wow. She sounds just like Amy Lee, the lead singer of Evanescence.
No wonder she works closely with Ben Moody.
Ben Moody was one of the founder of Evanescence together with Amy. He plays the lead guitarist..
This song would totally fit ‘New Moon’.
I imagine this song playing during the part in the books where the months just passed by…
