Good news about New Moon from director Chris Weitz:
I’m very happy to announce that Taylor Lautner will be playing Jacob Black in New Moon and that he’s doing so with the enthusiastic support of Summit Entertainment, the producers, and Stephenie Meyer.
The characters in Stephenie’s books go through extraordinary changes of circumstance and also appearance; so it is not surprising that there has been speculation about whether the same actor would portray a character who changes in so many surprising ways throughout the series. But it was my first instinct that Taylor was, is, and should be Jacob, and that the books would be best served by the actor who is emotionally right for the part. I think that fans of Twilight the book and the movie will be surprised by the Jacob Black that Taylor will bring to the screen in New Moon; and I’m looking forward to working with him and the rest of the cast in realizing the film.

According to sources around Hollywood, things may start looking very hairy for Taylor Lautner. The actor — not to mention legions of Twilight fans — has been desperate to learn whether Summit Entertainment will cast him once more as Jacob Black in the Twilightsequel New Moon.
This week, Summit is expected to announce its decision for the next film based on Stephenie Meyer’s wildly successful series of vampire romance novels.

Twilight Online Book Discussion: Open Book
I know I am so late, was studying for a test (and secretly reading New Moon at the same time)! You can pelt me with eggs and throw spears at me now. *ducks* Anyway, welcome to Chapter 2: Open Book!
I was showing off, just a little. I’d already done this lab, and I knew what I was looking for. It should be easy. I snapped the first slide into place under the microscope and adjusted it quickly to the 40X objective. I studied the slide briefly.
My assessment was confident. “Prophase.”
“Do you mind if I look?” he asked as I began to remove the slide. His hand caught mine, to stop me, as he asked. His fingers were ice-cold, like he’d been holding them in a snowdrift before class. But that wasn’t why I jerked my hand away so quickly. When he touched me, it stung my hand as if an electric current had passed through us.
“I’m sorry,” he muttered, pulling his hand back immediately. However, he continued to reach for the microscope. I watched him, still staggered, as he examined the slide for an even shorter time than I had.
“Prophase,” he agreed, writing it neatly in the first space on our worksheet. He swiftly switched out the first slide for the second, and then glanced at it cursorily.
“Anaphase,” he murmured, writing it down as he spoke.
I kept my voice indifferent. “May I?”
Q1: Why do you think Bella wanted to show off?
Q2: What possible reasons led to Charlie becoming defensive and so uptight when Bella noted to him that “They… the kids… are a little different. They don’t seem to fit in very well at school.”?
Q3: When Edward questioned Bella about her move to Forks, why do you think he made assumptions and statements (“And you don’t like him [Phil]“, “And your mother sent you here so that she could travel with him) instead of asking questions?
Q4: After school, Edward was “staring intently” in Bella’s direction from his Volvo. Using your imagination, what do you think he was pondering over as he looked towards Bella?

Okay all, here’s another interview of Sam Bradley done by Portrait Magazine. And FYI, Sam watched Twilight thrice!
You wrote ‘Never Think’, on the Twilight soundtrack, with Robert Pattinson – and then you apparently went in completely different directions when recording it. How did that happen – is there an original version?
The original version is just sort of bits and pieces of when we were writing it. So, no, there’s no real original version. What it is, is we wrote a song… I came back to Canada, and kind of switched it up a little bit for myself. Melodically, what we originally wrote is probably closer to my version. But Rob, when he plays music, he’s really in touch with what he’s doing, so he plays a song differently every time. Any song, it’ll never sound the same. It’s really cool, he’s really in the moment. So the recording of Never Think that he did will never sound the same again, which is kind of interesting. Lyrically, though, it’s similar.It’s funny, because you can never understand what he’s singing. So it’s really interesting to listen to your version and say, “Oh, that’s what he’s saying!”
I don’t think anyone has guessed the lyrics right yet. I’ve been on YouTube, and I’ve been reading what people think are the lyrics. Even the first line, I don’t think I’ve read the right first line yet. I mean, he sings it like that because that’s how it comes out. I personally love it. I mean, I know what he’s saying. There’s a feeling behind it, like he’s singing it to that person that he’s talking to.
Exactly! I was always trying hard to figure out the lyrics to Rob’s songs. Everytime i go check out in the internet, there will be different variations of lyrics. Hehs. But, Rob’s songs are pure love. You people should really listen to his other songs beside ‘Never Think’ and ‘Let Me Sign’ :D

Hi everyone. This is my last post before school starts. 
‘Twilight’ is upon on Movie Mistakes, with a total of 43 mistakes in the film. Most of these are true, but there are a few ridiculous ones too.
Okay, so, this isn’t exactly related but here’s Robert and Kristen saying “Wir lieben Kino”, which is German for “We love the cinema”. I think it’s cute to hear them speak in a foreign tongue.

Well well, there are more books of Rob lately! Go check these out – Robert Pattinson: Fated For Fame, The Robert Pattinson Album, Robert Pattinson: Eternally Yours, Robert Pattinson: True Love Never Dies.
On Christmas, i was at Times Bookstores @ Tampines and i happened to see a Robert Pattinson book. Erm, i can’t remember the title because i was excited enough to spot his face when i first arrive in the bookstore.
I checked out Times website and here’s what i got: Star of Twilight Robert Pattinson (SGD19.80) & Robert Pattinson: Inside Out (SGD 18.08). I am not too sure about the availability of the books though.
