So I was in New York during the CNY weekend and thought I’d check out the Twilight Prom Costumes that were donated to Planet Hollywood @ Times Square. I had to brave minus degrees temperatures but it was worth it! I didn’t bring my Lumix FZ10 so settled with the only camera I had on me..my Sony Ericsson Walkman phone 
Sorry for the poor quality. There were nobody in the restaurant except for a family. The place was relatively dim. There were music videos flashing all around the place and the Twilight Prom Costumes were in a glass case in middle of the dining area but facing away from the diners. Its on the ‘yellow brick road’ actually.

I asked for Robert’s autographed photo since there was a whole wall near the elevators going up the restaurant that had all these celebrity pictures(eg. Jonas Brothers etc..) – the girl at the cashier told me that it was taken down for no particular reason. Then I also asked for his handprint on the cement – apparently it was ‘still being processed’. Robert turned up late during the ceremony and by the time he showed up the cement had started to harden and he had a difficult time imprinting his hands on it.

yeah ditto to elaine.. also Rob’s probably gonna be temporarily blinded with all the cam flashes right towards him non-stop. -Click-click- Hahaha

Haha no no I only took the pictures. The video was taken ages ago (in November) by PopStar magazine. Its in Planet Hollywood in Times Square cos it says so everywhere…
Not only blinded haha but deaf as well!! HAHA Poor Guy!
Anyways, if anyone is going to New York sometime soon…check these out ok!

OMFG you are so lucky. *jealous* I want to see those costumes! When I go there I will be like “OME Robert Patt walked on these floors”. Loooool.

Haha! I dun think he took the same route as me cos I read somewhere that he came through the emergency or back entrance. This girl posted somewhere that she was looking at a mirror and suddenly Robert came out from the door behind her and bundled at her. He did say sorry to her a couple of times and she was totally thrilled! Now that’s what I call lucky!! Hmmm .. dunno where that post it though…

Good thing you’ve got more self-control than me, girl. I probably would have broken the glass and ran away with their two costumes. Sigh.

Planet Hollywood is a movie theme restaurant where memorabilia from films are showcased in its premises. We used to have one here in Singapore but it closed down.
Robert was there on November 4th 2009 to donate Bella & Edward’s Prom Costumes to Planet Hollywood and to do a handprint ceremony(which will also be showcased eventually)
A lot of celebrities and popstars are invited to do it.

I’ve been looking for a dress like Bella’s for my prom and so far no luck, does anyone know where i can find a dress like Bella’s or something similar? Thanks in advance.:)
