Twilight is everywhere!
From magazines, newspapers and even radio, Twilight is practically everywhere!
First of all, 987fm is now playing Decode by Paramore. So to show the support for Twilight and increase the awareness of Twilight fans in Singapore, do request for Decode every day! Even if Decode has been played, you can even request for Supermassive Black Hole by Muse and Leave Out All The Rest by Linkin Park as both these songs are in the Twilight soundtrack! Do mention the Twilight fans in Singapore or even this website when requesting as we want more people to know more about Twilight!
Secondly, as mentioned by the banner above, we are having a contest to give away a pair of tickets to an exclusive showcase of Twilight on 12 December 2008! So if you do not know where to start, we can give you a head start. Today three of our staff members went out together and we manage to find 3 Twilight movie posters around the island. So here are the places:

Hope this can give you guys a head start! You can find the posters in any cinemas (they might be hidden from the public so look around), bookstores and even behind buses (coming soon!) Good luck!

Its about a month away and they’ve already plastered the posters everywhere (Dhoby Ghaut is a very prominent place there)…and its not even a “blockbuster” movie…”blockbuster” usually meaning a movie produced by either a big studio (Disney, 20th Century Fox…), is already part of an existing movie franchise (Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean…) or starring A list actors (Johnny Depp, Reese Witherspoon…)…so they’re anticipating it to be big…and I mean big locally here. It should be…basing on the book sales and we are quite a movie going nation.

Yah I feel the same way too Carol but then again looking at our fan strength now… I think I also shy to invite them leh….I dunno if we can deliver the reaction that they are used to. We are generally pretty passive you know. Maybe after everyone in Singapore sees the movie and reads the book it WILL CHANGE. We can try to make sure the cast’s management see our small dot can make a lot of box office moolah for them and who knows we still have at least 2 more movies to see..They may notice us and come here… So I guess we have to work a little hard to make the difference.

LOL! That would be a great idea, but i’m afraid of the crowd as in..you don’t want anyone to come in and interfere the posings and all that! Heh!
